The accommodation is housed in an ancient medieval workshop overlooking the picturesque square of the Borgo Vecchio of Avigliana, which with its two splendid lakes is one of the best historic centers in Piedmont. Located in the lower Val di Susa, a few km from important sports and nature destinations, it is 30 minutes from the center of Turin. The train station can be reached in 5 minutes by foot and guarantees trains every half hour to Turin and the upper Valley. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The magnolia house is a two-room apartment with a large outdoor space equipped for relaxation, suitable for singles or couples. The kitchen area has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We can accommodate up to 2 adults (bedroom with a French double bed) and 2 children/teenagers (on the sofa bed in the living room).
