Great view from last floor! English speaking

Our apartment is a bit unique in Saint Jean de Monts, thanks to a very personal and artistic touch. We are sure you will appreciate the view on the beach and the forest from the large balcony, where we recommend you to take your breakfast. The apartment is located right next to the beach (facing the ocean), nearby the tourisme office and the new swimming-pool. Last floor with elevator, private parking and easy access to the forest and cycle-ways. Internet available (wifi with great connection).

Very nice apartment ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. In front of the sea with large southwest facing balcony. 2nd floor without access. Fully equipped kitchen where you can find everything you might need. A very nice bathroom with an Italian shower. On the sleeping side, I chose a high-end BZ that ensures a comfortable bed and a comfortable 2-seater bed on the side of the night space. Direct Access to Beach with no road to cross. Close to nautical base,thalassotherapy, golf.

Beautiful house close to the beach

This family home is close to all sights and amenities. The house is 200 meters from the beach and Océabul pool, 300 meters from Odysséa, Grande Roue Panoramique, Avenue de la Forêt with its many restaurants and forest, 900 meters from Avenue de la Mer (pedestrian). The house is very nice to stay with a spacious living room overlooking a beautiful terrace. Everything comes together for a wonderful stay in Saint Jean de Monts.
