Located in the village center, the Ermitage cottage welcomes you to a lush, green setting where peace and quiet reign. The accommodation is situated in a former wine cellar attached to our home. It has a separate entrance. There is a bakery, a bar and tobacco shop, a pharmacy, a florist, a restaurant, a deli, a pizzeria, and a supermarket. Relaxation: the banks of the Garonne for a sunset / hiking trails for beautiful walks on the hillsides of the Entre-Deux-Mers region.

Located in the hilly vineyards of the first coasts, the house is located 15 minutes from Bordeaux. Combining comfort and nearby amenities, the villa is located on a 1900 m2 plot with a 180 m2 terrace and heated swimming pool (10x5) in season. The garden is quiet; lined with beautiful oaks, they allow you to bask in the shade, always by the pool.
