The accommodation is located in the village of the ancient hamlet of Montericco di Albinea, near the medieval castle of Montericco, from which you can overlook the Po Valley. It is a landmark, completely renovated: consisting of the first floor, kitchen and living room, an entrance and on the second floor a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. L'appartamento (120mq) include 2 grandi camere da letto (con due letti ciascuna), due bagni indipendenti, una cucina abitabile, sala da pranzo e un grande soggiorno. Compreso di finestre vista parco con balcone al patio interno. Permettiamo anche di utilizzare il garage interno, che si trova nel sottosuolo del edificio, per una macchina mediana.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.
