Torre di Longara: comfort and relaxation just outside the city

Located just a few minutes from the city and the airport, and nestled in the Bolognese countryside, the Tower of Longara combines the antiquity of the noble Caprara villa with a recent renovation, making it both comfortable and charming. The villa is divided into 4 independent housing units, spread over three floors, each with private access and parking. Two of these are the private residences. The other two are dedicated to hospitality: a Bed and Breakfast with four rooms and a Holiday Home.

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Lauro's house in the Ferretti Farm

The old Ferretti farm is now a cosy holiday home in the countryside. L'Abitazione del Lauro, the larger of the two self-contained apartments, is spread over two floors and has 4 bedrooms (5th optional), 2 bathrooms and a separate entrance. It is ideal for families or groups, who want to stay little under the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by wild animals and immersed in the large equipped garden.

This property is set in an and peaceful garden with stunning views of the river. There is a modern industrial kitchen leading into a lounge area with views. There are two bedrooms upstairs with a sofabed also available. Here you can relax; barbecue or take a walk down to the river for a cool dip. Alternatively, the Kennedy covered car park is a 10-minute walk away. The house is located within the historic centre but outside the limited traffic zones (ZTL)
