Das Apartment Blickoase bietet eine grandiose Aussicht. In der lichtdurchfluteten Wohnung lässt es sich wunderbar auftanken. Das kleine, aber feine Schlafzimmer sorgt für eine Atmosphäre der Ruhe und des Wohlbefindens. Der Küchen- und Wohnbereich lädt zu genussvollen Stunden ein. Man findet dort alles, was man braucht, um lecker zu kochen und es sich bequem zu machen. Es besteht die Wahl zwischen Badewanne und Dusche. Die Anbindung zum Zentrum ist gut. Die Weinberge liegen direkt vor der Türe.

Former Eisenheim train station

Der ehemalige Bahnhof liegt idyllisch über der Mainschleife, inmitten von Wein-, Obst- und Spargelanbaugebieten und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Rad- oder Kanutouren. 2018 und 19 wurde das kleine Bahnhofsgebäude liebevoll restauriert. Die Lagerhalle ist nun Küche, Wohn- und Esszimmer. Zwei Schlafzimmer bieten Platz für vier Personen. Nur 80 m vor der Haustür hält die hübsche Mainschleifenbahn und lädt zu einer nostalgischen Fahrt nach Volkach ein. Genießen Sie Wein, Kultur, Natur!

Relax with the whole family or friends in the middle of the adjacent vineyards and fruit trees. The apartment is located on the ground floor on a wine and fruit farm that has already been in the 4th generation. Children are very welcome here. There is a trampoline, Kettcars, pedal tractor, ping pong table and much more on our large farm on the Mainschleife. The apartment is located directly on the bike path. Enjoy the tranquility with a glass of wine with us in Franconia.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Vacation home Weinkeller 84

Welcome to Weinkeller 84, a wine cellar in Randersacker that has been converted into a holiday apartment. Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

Tiny House Hubsi with outdoor bathtub and sauna

Hubsi is our 6.6 m long and 3.2 t heavy tiny house, which we designed and built ourselves. The special feature is that the sleeping area is located under the living room. In front of it is our Tiny Tube wood-burning stove, which makes it cozy and warm in winter and creates a special atmosphere. A small bathroom consists of a dry separation toilet and a shower made from an Italian red wine barrel - which is definitely an extraordinary shower experience.

With us you can relax in a lovingly furnished apartment overlooking the garden, enjoy the sun on the balcony and listen to the birds chirping. After a walk through the beautiful nature, a comfortable couch invites you to relax and watch TV and recharge at night in the cozy wide double bed. A70, A7 und A3 -jeweils 15 km, Würzburg, Kitzingen und Schweinfurt jeweils 23 km Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoß, wir bewohnen selbst das Obergeschoß des Hauses.
