Studio Uckermark Design House Unique Location

Relaxation in an idyllic secluded location in the Uckermark: The former stable of an old farm is nestled between meadows, forests and an extensive orchard. The lovingly restored cottage with fireplace, underfloor heating, projector and large panoramic window has been converted into an award-winning studio and offers space for couples, friends and families with children from 6 years of age as well as for yoga groups and workshops. Countless swimming spots, hiking and cycling trails are nearby.

A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

Active vacation at Lake Ucker

Active recreational vacation on, in, on or around the Ucker Lakes. By bike, pedal boat, canoe, sailboat, surfboard or passenger ship. After breakfast on the sun-drenched balcony overlooking Lake Ucker. After returning, relax in our hostel, or on the terrace, while barbecuing, or smoking the fish you caught yourself. End the vacation day at sunset over Lake Ucker and recharge your batteries for the next vacation day.

The small farm

A hideaway in the countryside! A small but nice construction trailer on the small farm, in the middle of the Uckermark. The trailer is located on a farm in a village location on a 1.3-hectare property. Lake Ucker is about 500 m away as the crow flies (road longer!) Prenzlau is just under 2 km away. In the main house, there is a small guest kitchen and a private shower room. Perfect to escape the stress of the city!

The Birkenhof Uckermark - farmhouse with sauna

“Less is more” – This is one of the golden rules for good design, which guided us in the restoration of our farm in the Uckermark. The Birkenhof includes several acres of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable gardens and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is ideal for families or small groups. The farmhouse can also be rented together with the stable building and laundry.

Small house for lovely people

Our little red brick house is and has always been an oasis to rest, relax, cook and dine well with friends, or just enjoy the Uckermark as a couple. This should continue to be the case and therefore we want guests who also like to enjoy it as much as we do. Enjoyment includes two bicycles, several small swimming lakes in the area, a bathtub from grandma's time ... and a garden that invites you to relax.

Brick cottage – donkey apartment

The former donkey stable is now a small apartment with a living/bedroom (sofa bed 1.60x2m) with integrated kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The hot water supply is obtained from solar energy and lasts as long as the sun warms. The apartment includes a cozy seating area on a small hill in the garden with fantastic views. Equipment: fridge, 2 hotplates, kettle, toaster, espresso pot, radio

Large apartment with loggia

Knehden is located in the middle of a nature reserve, only about five kilometers from Templin. In addition to cranes, sea and ospreys can also be observed here. Otters, beavers and even kingfishers are also native to the area. The crane migration is particularly impressive in autumn. Three lakes are nearby and can be reached on foot or easily by bicycle.
