Fabulous place - close to Berlin, but quiet, green, access to lake and super relaxing. A cute little cabin with great amenities, lovely garden and interesting area. We will come again next year!

A very tastefully decorated bungalow, which was always cool outside despite the heat outside. It was sparkling clean and provided with many lovely details! We felt welcome from the first minute, this feeling remained until the last minute. You just feel that Hauke and Ilka have JOY to be hosts. Everything was there, what you could need, actually much more. Our dog immediately enjoyed the provided dog bed! She also enjoyed very much the fenced large garden (800sqm). We all had a lot of fun, forest and lake on the doorstep and swam several times a day in the pleasantly warm lake. In the evening we have a barbecue, play table tennis and sat on the very cozy terrace. Having Ilka and Hauke as landlords is a blessing because they are very empathic and extremely helpful. Thank you very much for everything, we will be glad to come back, if we find a free appointment with you :-))

If you love nature, this is the place for you. It is a paradise for children and dogs. The property is already, large and fenced alone, so that you can run a dog too. The Gastgeben are very nice and helpful. They even went with our dog lady Greta gassi, so that we could spend the whole day in Berlin. We had a very nice time there and like to come back.

Beautiful cottage, lost in the woods 40 minutes from Berlin. The cottage is not very far from a lake, where a boat trip is possible. Quiet place even if you hear especially in the morning the road nearby. Nice place to explore Berlin while being quiet. To recommend.

Hauke's accommodation is wonderful. It can be easily reached from Berlin, 1 - 1.5 hours by public transport as is my case, there is a bus stop right next door. It is perfect for a few days away from the noise and stress of the city; There are many activities to do in nature: bicycle, Ping Pong, grill, paddling on the lake two minutes away with the canoe. There is also a farm about five minutes walk with many animals. The apartment was also very clean and very well decorated, it has everything you could need. Very nice guests and the communication was always fast and smooth. I recommend it 100% and will return as soon as I can!

Andreas and his wife are very, very hospitable. The apartment is very modern and lovingly furnished with everything you need. Since I'm from Marienwerder, I'm in love with the area anyway. Many swimming lakes in the vicinity, a water ski facility, cycle paths right on the canal, Eberswalde with its magnificent zoo, the famous Werbelinsee, and much more what you can do. The ideal place for an active holiday or just to relax. And to meet nice people like Andreas and his wife. We will definitely be back.

We have always felt very comfortable and welcome. Ilka welcomed us warmly and was always there for us, if we had any questions. The bungalow is very cozy, very bright and well divided. Especially nice we found the fireplace. There was even enough firewood for a whole week for and provided. The area is once and really something to slow down, nature and tranquility. Just the right thing to relax. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for peace and seclusion, especially great with a dog. We will definitely come back

Our week at the Strehlesee was very relaxing and really nice. The bungalow is lovingly furnished and very cozy. A highlight is the cozy garden sofa. A perfect place in the sun. Ilka and Hauke are attentive and welcoming hosts. The environment is great for all sorts of activities, and the hosts also provide plenty of outdoor toys from the raft to the ping-pong table. You would have had plenty of great things to do for more than a week.

Idyllically located only a few seconds from the Strehlensee away with great opportunities for nature experiences. It was great for walking and cycling. The accommodation offered a homelike homely mood. Many Thanks

a very nice wooden bungalow quietly located in the forest. Lovely decorated. Heat radiator on the walls and a fireplace to warm up. Half a minute away is a natural lake. The narrow spiral staircase to the bedroom in the attic is actually only something for mobile and a little braver people. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. I really relaxed and switched off.

It is an amazing little place! Super clean and very welcoming! Very very good for dogs! Owners are super welcoming and friendly! Great level of english! Very clean and very beautiful view! The sunset is so pretty! 2 small notes: stairway to the bedroom is quite steep (steeper than expected), the slope to the lake is quite steep and unpaved (do not do it in slippers). But we loved the place and can recommend it to anyone!!!

Andreas and Tania accepted our request to stay at their place from one day to the next, after our previous host had cancelled our reservation without an explaination. They were absolutely welcoming, helpfull, as well as a lovely couple. The flat was nice, very quiet, roomy and clean. We appreciated that it was located in the middle of the countryside, but still 30mn far from Berlin. We enjoyed our stay there very much, and recommand them without thinking twice.

A very nice, cozy place outside of Berlin, perfect for the weekend getaway, or in our case for our trip to Berlin, although a little far from Berlin, this place is amazing, very friendly hosts and the rooms were very nice. I would suggest anyone to book this place without hesitation

A small, very functional accommodation at the gates of Berlin with the S-Bahn. Very responsive hosts in communication. No worries about losing keys with accesses connected to an application. Kind attention to our arrival. Calm and relaxing area. In short, only advantages that make you can book this accommodation without hesitation.

The treatment was very nice and close, the apartment is a bit far from the center but it was not a problem with the displacement since there was a train and bus station 5 minutes walk. The small bungalow is super cute and equipped with the most necessary. No frills, as it says in the description. There are a few little things that could possibly be renewed but that's not worth mentioning :) The hosts are very, very nice and gave us our freedom - we wanted peace, no social contacts, especially as a social worker, a dream of not having to talk to anyone. The forest is right outside the door and the lake is just a few minutes' walk away. We will be back definitely! Many thanks for the relaxing days to Coco, Christoph and Chloe :)

Coco welcomed us very warmly, the dacha was nicely preheated and we immediately felt at home. The rooms are furnished with love, with great original details, and look pretty generous. The view of the forest from the conservatory is beautiful. There is also a covered terrace towards the forest. At night there is a pleasant silence; Sometimes you hear an owl call. The walk through the forest and around the Liebnitzsee we really liked. This cozy house is also recommended in winter. We really enjoyed our stay in the dacha and will gladly come back. Thank you!

Not too much is promised here! A magical place surrounded by nature. The clear, blue-green Lake Liepnitz also invites you to take a bath in September. Walks through the forest have had a healing effect on us and the bike can be wonderful to explore the area including historical places! The B23 bungalow, an original of its time, is in top condition and well equipped. The host family is very welcoming, wonderfully open and absolutely uncomplicated. We'll be back!

Heidi gave us a wonderful weekend with the provision of her great garden house. We lacked nothing in the house. In winter it is a great place to slip away and spend cozy evenings in front of the fireplace.

Wonderful and easily accessible accommodation from Berlin! The bus from Bernau almost stops in front of the door. Thanks to the beautiful furnishings and furnishings, fireplace, cleanliness and cosiness, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back! The walk around the Hellsee is highly recommended.

A real pearl outside of Berlin - very lovingly and tastefully decorated with great attention to detail, so you just have to feel good! The fireplace is a real highlight for the cold season, even if you have to add more often in cold temperatures to keep the room warm. In addition, a wonderful garden right on the doorstep and forest and lake in the immediate vicinity! The only pity is that you can always hear something from the nearby motorway. But all in all an absolute recommendation - we would like to come back ourselves.

I gave my friend a weekend in Heidi's garden house for his birthday. The communication in advance was perfect and we felt well informed when we arrived. The house itself is a wonderful place: very bright, tastefully decorated and incredibly cozy. When we arrived we were greeted by a fresh amaryllis that blossomed over the weekend. After long walks through the beautiful surroundings, we spent cozy evenings reading by the stove. The kitchen was so well equipped that I was able to easily prepare a more elaborate dinner. And we have rarely slept so well. We can only recommend this house and will definitely be back!

Heidi and Christiane have created a very special place with a lot of love, which invited us completely to relax. Every detail in this apartment was considered, everything to our taste. It took some work to keep everything warm, as we were there on the first weekend in Advent and the outside temperatures were only just above zero, but that was also very special for a break from everyday life in the city. The landscape in the area is really wonderful, we really enjoyed the peace and long hikes. Communication was flawless, checking in was very straightforward. We definitely weren't there last time. The place and the hosts are absolutely fantastic! It is cozy chalet in a calm town near to Berlin. If you want to scape the crowd in the NYE in Berlin, just drive back to this lovely place. They also have cute horses and there is a good view of the fields too. Blanka and Axel are very friendly, easygoing and definitely they add a great value to your trip to Germany. Highly recommended!

The welcome was very warm and welcoming. The hosts are always eager to please their guests and especially helpful. The accommodation was very clean, spacious, a lot of dishes, even a room for a child / baby with changing table, cots, diapers, etc. Enough sleeping, spacious garden. Much rest around. For bored young people, a Nintendo 64 is available with games. All in all extremely comfortable! If you are looking for a deceleration holiday, this is the place for you.

We had a wonderful weekend in the small castle Lanke. Not only the apartment was lovely and great location, the hosts were very courteous and super accessible. We felt very well and will definitely come back, if the city once too much for us and we long for peace, nature and a cozy, but stylish, apartment.

We had a nice stay in the castle Lanke. For the night with baby we were provided a baby bed. The guest apartment is both practical and stylish. Andra was also very generous with our check-out time on the day of departure.

Very nice, clean and with attention to detail furnished apartment with good size. Room and especially terrace and garden einach fantastic! Check-in perfect, communication very good and friendly. Highly Recommended! Only tiny drawback: In the village no bakery or supermarket, one is forced to eat in the restaurant (Seehotel, breakfast only until 10 o'clock).

Andra welcomed me friendly, the rooms, the terrace, the park and the apartment showed me told me everything important and answered my questions. You can wonderful hiking in the woods, the lakes invite you to relax and enjoy the weather for swimming. I also had the pleasure to attend a great concert in the palace gardens. The atmosphere was great. In the village there are three restaurants. Especially I can recommend the "Bellevue". Quaint atmosphere and very good restaurant, you realize that is cooked with love. I had a wonderful time at Schloss Lanke and in the beautiful surroundings and met great people. Thanks for the nice stay.

Schloss Lanke is a wonderfully restored little castle, we stayed in the beautifully decorated large Holiday and we lacked nothing. Those seeking peace, surrounded by natural beauty, without the annoyance of tourism, this is the place. Andra is a friendly and attentive hostess, we'll be once again.

This is a very clean and new house, in a quiet location and also perfectly located within the settlement (no thoroughfare, no other houses in front of the terrace). The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped and many other helpful little things such as soap, candles, toilet paper, oil, spices etc. were naturally there. The sun shines in wonderfully through the large windows and floods the whole house. A fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere, especially in winter. The local reception by Heidi was very nice, competent and warm. There was even a huge fruit basket. Absolutely recommendable accommodation!

We have been very friendly welcome. This is a nice village, very centrally located many shopping even a Greek was close to the food. We slept very quietly.

Marko’s place was a really nice and comfortable stay. The place itself was clean and tidy. The shower worked well, the heaters too. There’s a parking spot right at the entrance which was very convenient for us. The kitchen was almost fully equipped and worked well. You have to pay extra for linens and towels but that is very clearly specified in the listing. Marko was really really helpful and attentive, great host!

We spent 2 nights in Heidis' beautiful house. Communication was super easy and nice. Everything is available for cooking in the apartment - the decor is very tasteful and with many lovely details. Heidi also gave us very good tips for hikes. The house is only 45 minutes from Berlin and perfect for a weekend trip. I'm happy to come back! Many thanks for everything Heidi.

This is a highly recommended place. A most friendly and helpful host, an absolutely original house, far away from classic, anonymous dwellings. Warm, cosy, colorful, individual, spacious, comfortable and clean. Near the woods and lakes, only 30’ by car to Berlin city. Wish we were still there.

We had a great time as a young family at the Mirabellenhof. For toddlers is thought of everything! A very cozy atmosphere with hosts who are always approachable and have tips for the place and the environment. 100 points, definitely recommendable, we will definitely come back sometime !!!

We spent perfect days in August in the apartment and have felt very comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped. Everything was very clean and left nothing to be desired. For our two children there was a large yard with a barn and a lot of exercise. The landlady is very friendly and absolutely mindful of the well-being of your guests. The location is quiet, but still conveniently located. On our next visit to Berlin, we will gladly book here again.

We had a wondeful week at Katrins place. Very quite place in a small town. It is possible to take a bus and then a train to Berlin. Very beautiful place with many animals. It takes only an hour from the appartment to center of Berlin. We will visit Katrin again for sure :-)

I spent a wonderful 2 days stay with Katrin with my 3 children (0,4,7). The children have taken care of the animals on the huge property and enjoyed the farm to the fullest. So loving and hospitable everything! The area also offers everything to escape from everyday life. We were close to the resting place Biesenthal dragon climbing and on the riding stable Biesenthal my daughter spontaneously received a riding lesson. Also supermarkets, post office, pharmacy, small restaurants, ... everything is within walking distance, so we did not need our car there. We could have left toys at home, as there is a huge collection of games on site, Duplo bricks, Playmobil, outdoor toys, books, .. We'll be back!

The luxurious apartment was very clean and wonderfully decorated! The apartment has a full kitchen and everything else you need. It is perfect for 4 people. In the immediate vicinity you can go for a nice walk on the surrounding lakes. Philipp is a very nice host, always replied to all messages immediately and had a lot of tips. We would like to come again.

The accommodation is quiet and Berlin is very easy to reach by public transport from Bernau.

At Philipp everything was easy and uncomplicated. The apartment is large and can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The communication was great. It was always answered quickly. The proximity to the Obersee is great. The entrance to the apartment is a bit adventurous, but easy to master. Perhaps important to know is that there is no TV and no "conventional" coffee maker. Personally, I do not need a TV on holiday and I'm a tea drinker

We had a wonderful weekend at Andra and really enjoyed our stay. The environment is great, you can walk very nice and the house is more than you can expect!

The night in this beautiful castle is definitely worth it, it is beautifully situated and it looks really perfect. Definitely recommended to spend the night if you are looking for something close to Berlin and still want to enjoy nature.

It’s truly a fairytale. Picturesque town and incredible home. From the beginning we were welcomed by Audra and even given an upgrade to a larger room in the castle since our room was not ready. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and encourage those who want to experience the magic of Germany and Europe to stay here.

This is an AMAzING place. Andra is an incredible host, and very responsive. However, I can’t review the castle as listed on AirBnB because we didn’t end up staying in that portion of the castle. When we arrived Audra greeted us, and explained she was moving us to a larger space on the ground floor, rather than the smaller, upstairs space shown in the AirBnB photos. We felt like royalty. Our suite included two bedrooms, a bath and a half, a kitchen, living room and dining room. The castle is 40 minutes to an hour away from Berlin., depending on time of day and traffic. We had rented a car so this was not an inconvenience, but if you don’t have your own, getting to Berlin via public transportation may be a challenge. However, if you’re looking for an idyllic, quiet place in the country, you’ve found it. Initially, there were a couple of snags in regards to the amenities in the AirBnB listing, but Andra went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We had a wonderful stay.

The castle is very impressive. The communication was excellent. Unfortunately we had to leave prematurely for family reasons. The hostess is very grateful for the courteous handling of the situation.

This is a dream spot! Andra is a wonderful, thoughtful host, and the place could not be more romantic and stylish. The apartment has plenty of space, and the surroundings are just fantastic. Loved it!

Top accommodation that has even exceeded our expectations of comfort / facilities, peace and quiet (and cleanliness!). And the infrastructure in the area left nothing to be desired for Kochfaule. Express and unreserved recommendation!
