Charming and family-friendly mill

Beautiful mill from 1880, tastefully renovated in the Sioule Valley. This 205 m2 high-end cottage, fully equipped, is accessible by a 150 m path. Its 6000 m2 plot, where you can see the Château Rocher, runs along the Sioule River with direct access. Unique haven of peace to rest and reconnect with nature. It welcomes you with friends and family for many outdoor discoveries/activities. Cell phones have some reception in the entrance of the mill and otherwise outside.

Beautiful mansion, 600m from a body of water of 8 hectares, 2 km from the Gorges de la Sioule for fishing, canoeing or tree climbing; located in a quiet village, with bar/restaurant just 15 min from the A71. 2km via ferata, an educational farm. You are welcome! We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who moved to the green heart of France in late 2020. We speak some French, also English and our mother tongue German. We invite you to discover the calm and charm of our new region, the Auvergne. In our house you will find a rustic vegetable garden, Vietnamese pigs and ancient chickens. We invite you to taste our vegetables and eggs.
