You will find a large, spacious gîte with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living room with a separate, well-equipped kitchen. Wifi. There are grounds of 3 ha, a covered courtyard with garden furniture and a bbq. Activities : table tennis and table football. Many hiking trails at short distance.

Le gîte est mitoyen de notre habitation, il comprend au 1er niveau un séjour-salon avec cuisine ouverte et au 2ème niveau 1 chambre pour 2 personnes (1 lit 140cm) et 1 chambre avec 2 lits 80cm jumelables, chacune avec sa S de B et son WC et un petit espace bureau. Vous disposez d'une terrasse ensoleillée avec accès au jardin des propriétaires (Table de ping-pong). Équipements bébé sur demande.

A large bright living room with kitchenette, a master bedroom with bathroom and terrace overlooking the garden, and a mezzanine bedroom reserved for children will ensure a successful stay.

Le Prieuré offers the charm of a beautiful home and modern and welcoming decoration. 10 minutes from Caen by car, it is close to the landing beaches and Suisse Normande. Ideal for families, it offers a peaceful and comfortable setting to explore the surroundings. Le Prieuré has a garden and a private indoor pool to rest between 2 getaways. This independent cottage is juxtaposed to the owners' home without access or common areas.

We are 30 minutes from the airport and the boat.
