Commerces à 2kms, à proximité de Pont-Aven (cité des peintres), Concarneau (ville close) ou encore Lorient (cité de la voile). Non fumeur, pas d'animaux, accès par escaliers. Bed linen provided but not towelling. Ground coffee machine. Not suitable for children. WC/shower open plan. Electric radiator. No smoking.

Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the Pont-Aven school of painting. The studio is located in one wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the stairs and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 meters from the city center and the museum and very close to the port.

Ideal if you prefer tranquility, the cottage is adjoining the owner’s house with independent access and private parking.

Bathroom and toilet are independent, located in the main house and accessible day and night A breakfast of local products is available for a fee of €5/person.

Sensational sea view at the mouth of the Aven and Belon in Port Manec'h (Névez) A prime location, a family beach within a 5-min walk by a coastal path, canoe, dinghy and catamaran rental, grocery/bread/newspapers within a 5-min walk as well and good restaurants. When you arrive in the apartment, you only see the sea, like on a boat, the view is just amazing. We'll be happy to offer it to you a few weeks a year, you're welcome!
