A truly amazing floating tree house set in a spectacular private location in beautiful Dorset countryside. Tastefully decorated with everything you need for a cosy, romantic break. Mains power, heating, stereo, hot and cold water, outdoor toilet and showers. A basic kitchen with a double hob, and everything you need, a fire-pit, BBQ and a bed with far reaching views. Simply an incredible and unique space for a romantic getaway. You will need to bring bedding, towels, and charcoal.
Built in the trees on top of a bank with a great view. Peaceful, purposefully basic, but has everything you actually need, to have a cosy romantic time. We have uninstalled wifi so you can actually enjoy talking to each other and listening to music on the sound system, being in nature and de-stressing. Feel free to walk around the site and see deer and great woodland to enjoy. You are only 2 minutes drive away from shops and great pubs if you need anything. Please be aware the toilet is situated just outside of the Treehouse.
Beautiful, sunny Bournemouth is only a 20-minute drive away, Poole is only 10 minutes. There are plentiful walks and country pubs nearby to choose from, and we’re only 20 minutes from the scenic Jurassic coast. Monkey World is only 20 minutes away, which is a MUST! Our unique field is a great base that's within easy reach of numerous things to see and do.
  • Great stay! Was surprised to see other kinds of accommodation! Will definitely be back to try out something else! The double decker bus looks amazing! The only bad thing I can say is that the weather wasn’t great but we had everything we needed inside so didn’t dampen things to much!

  • Amazing stay! Me and my girlfriend came for her surprise birthday. The tree house just looks incredible as you park the car. And it is just like a Tardis. 'Bigger on the inside' with a working sink, fridge, working radio and heaters it was a cozy night in when the rain was pouring outside. There are plenty of board games to keep you busy and even chairs and tables outside. The site also has toilets and showers! Would recommend to anyone wanting a unique stay or a weekend away.

  • Highly recommend this place for a lovely romantic getaway! The structure is really cool and surprisingly spacious, the pictures dont do it justice! Everything you could need for a night and the space was really cosy. I was worried it would be cold as we went in January but there is a heater which does a great job at warming the space up. The space is nice and private and there are board games to keep you occupied! Perfect to just switch off. Would deffo reccomend!

    A new log cabin built autumn 2015 in its own grounds and completely private, overlooking heathland where horses and cattle roam freely 6 months of the year. It's next to farmland with a fishing lake nearby. Great for walks and enjoying the outdoors. Renting the log cabin is based on two guests sharing, any additional guest pays a complimentary fee.
    The log cabin is spacious, cosy and comfortable. The sofa in the lounge also converts to a double bed , so up to 6 people can to stay. The cabin sits in an exclusive paddock of one acre surrounded by field, woods and heathland. It is a haven for wildlife. Guests can enjoy the grounds where there is a trampoline, swings and can also enjoy cooking and eating outdoors. There is also a coarse fishing lake in the adjacent farm.
    It's location makes the cabin very unique. Its a rural retreat. No neighbours (except the cows,horses, deer and squirrels!) Great for wild life and being close to nature. Completely secluded with a beautiful view of the grounds. A great escape from the city! The Cross Keys pub, which is within walking distance, offers good food. There is also a good selection of country pubs nearby. There are excellent restaurants, pubs in the towns previously mentioned, as well as theatres and nightlife. We have wonderful beaches in Bournemouth and Poole. Close by, we have Potterns Park in Verwood and Moors Valley Country Park. Great for outdoor activities with the family and friends.

    The cosy cabin is situated on the edge of the New Forest. Perfect for bike riding, walking and horse riding. There are many country pubs nearby, Bournemouth beach is a 20 minute drive. Mudeford beach is a 15 minute drive where crabbing is popular! Nearby is the New Forest wildlife park and just down the road is Liberty’s Owl Raptor and reptile centre. Burley is only a 10 minute drive away too where there’s lots to see and do!
    Sandford Lodge is a handcrafted log cabin made by us! Downstairs is the living area, with a lounge, wood burner and kitchen area. The bathroom is situated off the lounge. Upstairs is the cosy bedroom. Outside there is a lovely veranda where you can relax in the evening in one of the rocking chairs. Out the back of the cabin, there is a garden area where the hot tub is. I have recently purchased two bikes which will be located in the cabin garden for guests to use as they please.
    The atmosphere of the neighbourhood is relaxed, there is another air bnb property running in the same grounds. I ask all guests to be respectful of each other as you may pass each other during your arrival or departure. There is a farm just up the road so there may be cows in the field behind the cabin, which you can see from the garden. Also farm machinery driving up the road quite often.

  • Very adorable little cabin. Can get a little cold but plenty of blankets are available, a little fire (which was lit for us as we arrived) and a heated blanket in the bed, meant this wasn’t an issue. Beautiful scenery and not too far from nearest town.

    A beautiful Grade II farmhouse with a modern, fun and relaxed interior. Perfect for a family/group getaway/celebration in all seasons - with roaring fires in Winter and a large, beautiful garden for the Summer! The house is located on the banks of the River Stour, very close to a pub and near historic Wimborne. 20 mins to the beaches and 15 mins to the New Forest. The garden is beautiful with BBQ, outside bar/games area, climbing frame, trampoline and seating to enjoy the gorgeous countryside.
    The house has been extensively and stylishly renovated in recent years so has all of the charm of a period property combined with the most up to date technology throughout the house and kitchen. The farmhouse is perfect for a family or group getaway/ holiday or celebration. I am happy to host pre-marriage celebrations but do not host weddings at the property. We have also hosted business groups for team building activities and meetings. It is a fantastic choice for those visiting Dorset from the UK or abroad (15 minutes from Bournemouth International airport) who wish to explore the beautiful Dorset countryside and coastline, including the charming New Forest and the famous Jurassic coast. The property is only 15 minutes to the New Forest and 20 minutes to the beautiful Poole Harbour and Bournemouth beach, which is the only UK beach to be awarded one of the "World's Best" by travellers on Trip Advisor. The property is also only 40 minutes to Jurassic highlights such as Lulworth cove, Chapman's Pool and Kimmeridge. The house offers a holiday that can combine so many different elements that make an amazing and memorable trip with so much to do both at the house and in the surrounding area. The house itself is such a relaxing place to be with beautiful, uninterrupted views of the countryside that many guests do not leave the house and grounds for the duration of their stay as it is so beautiful and well equipped for all ages! The property is a Grade II listed Farmhouse mostly built in 1710 with additions in the 19th century. It has a very modern interior which contrasts with the age of the building. The house has mainly stone/wood floors with underfloor heating throughout as well as fireplace/log burners in three rooms. It is located on the River Stour with views of beautiful Dorset countryside. It is very private - but it is not remote and isolated - having the pub two minutes walk from the house. There are wonderful walks/mountain biking opportunities close by. The Castleman Trailway, which is one of Dorset's gentlest way-marked, walking, cycling and horse riding routes is right next to the house. This 16.5 mile trailway follows much of the old Southampton to Dorchester railway line. The trailway takes you through some of East Dorset's stunning landscape whilst also connecting a string of settlements between Ringwood and Poole. There are also woods nearby which are fantastic for walking, mountain biking or den building! GROUNDS - The large garden is 1.2 acres. It is divided into several different areas offering arms to explore, relax or have fun (for adults and children!). Directly outside the back of the house there is a very comfortable sofa seating area and also a dining table. There is a gas BBQ for outside cooking. The Linn music system extends into the garden allowing you to listen to music whilst eating or relaxing outside. To the side of the property there is a "quiet garden" which has seating with views over the countryside - a good place to relax and read a book! The children are well accommodated with a huge climbing frame and tent, swing and Spring free trampoline. They will be occupied for hours! New for Spring 2019 will be a "Fairy and Elf treasure hunt" to keep the little people entertained. The newest addition to the garden is the outside bar and games area with Smeg fridge, table tennis table, table football and darts. This area is beautifully designed and has seating/dining area looking over the tranquil river. The garden slopes down to the River Stour where fishing is permitted. The garden is well fenced in with lockable gates meaning that the river can only be accessed with adult permission and supervision. There are otters, swans, kingfishers amongst other wildlife living in the river. The river bank is also a great site for coarse fishing. Another fantastic feature is the "spa area" with William Holland bath (with bubbles), outside shower and steam room. The stereo system also extends to this outside area meaning you can relax in the spa bath whilst drinking bubbles and listening to some fantastic music! There is parking for at least 8 cars at the front of the property. The accommodation stretches over three floors and two separate properties that are within 5 seconds walk from each other. MAIN HOUSE The main house is beautifully designed. On the two top floors there are five bedrooms (Bedrooms 1 - 5 on the plan) and four bathrooms (3 ensuite). One of the bedrooms doubles up as a playroom. There are so many children's books, games, toys and creative activities in here including a massive dressing up cupboard which has proved very popular with children and adults alike! On the ground floor there is a large living room with pull down cinema screen. This allows the whole house to be "screen free" if you chose or be turned into a fantastic cinema room! The screen is linked to freeview, Apple TV, Netflix and a Wii games console. If you wish to screen something from your own computer it can be linked to the screen using Apple Airplay. The living room has an amazing open fire and a gorgeous huge sofa. The wooden cupboards house a huge selection of adult and children board games, jigsaws, marble run and also loads of furry blankets for snugging under! The decadent dining room as a large table with seating for 14/16. For Sherlock Holmes fans - you may recognise the wallpaper (the wallpaper has its own fan club apparently!). The modern kitchen is very well equipped with fridge, electric AGA, fan assisted oven, steam oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, Quooker hot tap and two dishwashers. It has all the utensils you could possibly wish for and crockery and cutlery for over 30 people. There is also seating for 5 at the kitchen table. There are two downstairs toilets. Towards the back of the property is the boot room, utility room with large fridge/freezer washing machine and dryer and the quiet back sitting room. The back sitting room can be set up as a bedroom if needed - please enquire regarding this. The whole downstairs has underfloor heating. STABLE BLOCK The Stable block has two bedrooms (Bedroom 6 and 7 on the plan). Bedroom 7 can be set up as either two single beds or one double bed. There is a spacious bathroom which is shared by these bedrooms. The living room has gorgeous views over the river. It has comfortable seating and a fridge and coffee making facilities. This room can also be used as a bedroom as is has a sofa bed. A floor mattress can also be added. This is listed as Bedroom 8. The stable block is a 5 second walk to the main house. INFANTS There are two travel cots/high chairs at the property, with the possibility of more being provided if needed. Most of the rooms are large enough to accommodate travel cots. WHEELCHAIR ACCESS The downstairs of the property is accessible for wheelchairs. The Stable block bathroom and downstairs room are ideal for use by someone using a wheelchair or not wishing to use the stairs. PRIVATE CATERING If you wish to have a night off cooking and would like a private chef then this can be arranged - please enquire regarding this. OTHER ACTIVITIES For hosting groups I am happy to help with booking/ organising activities at the house. I have a list of nominated suppliers who can run activities at the house. - A "spa and beauty" day can be organised at the house with massage therapists, beauty therapists and hairdressers. - Garden archery/Laser clay pigeon shooting - Pilates / yoga instruction - Live art classes - Cocktail classes I am also happy to help organise / book activities off site, for example - - Water sports activities - Golf days/lessons - Clay pigeon shooting - Taxi/coach bookings - Bicycle hire There is so much to do in the house and in the local area! EVERYBODY loves it here!

We had a group of 11 adults in the end and 3 children and no-one felt like they were crowded or in each others way. Even with storm Dennis restricting us to pretty much the house alone it didnt really cause any issues. Was perfect for what I was looking for.

It looks incredible in the photos but once you arrive you’ll be blown away at the space and grounds and also how well it works for families and people of all ages. We visited as a group of 15 ranging in age from 10 months to 65 years and everyone was happy, comfortable and catered for. Sarah was so great about being in touch, offering local recommendations as well as being very accommodating about accepting a grocery delivery before we’d even arrived! Highly recommend.     Modern 2 bedroom apartment, both with double beds, wardrobes and chests of drawers. There is an open plan lounge/kitchen which has a corner double sofa and separate chair, dining table with 4 chairs and side tables. The kitchen area comes with fitted oven with hob, washing machine, fridge freezer and washing machine. A microwave, toaster and kettle are also included along with the cutlery and crockery. All bedding supplied along with towels and various other essentials. There are some basics also including bread, milk and teas and coffee. Now with free WIFI connection included.
    Within approximately half a mile of Boscombe pier and the sandy beaches this is an ideal location for a relaxing sea side break. Shops are within a couple of minutes walk and a very popular restaurant is located directly opposite with many other places to eat close by. There are plenty of local supermarkets and high street shops within a few minutes walk of the apartment along with lots of local restaurants and a variety of take aways too. The seafront and Bournemouth town centre are 5-10 minutes away by bus/car with lots to see and day/night entertainment. Bournemouth has some great events including the Wheels festival and the famous 4 day air show. Firework displays from the piers take place during various times of the year also. A wide variety of restaurants and evening entertainment are available in Bournemouth. The Jurassic coast is within easy reach and if you don't have your own transport, bus tours can be taken from Bournemouth to make sure you don't miss out on the spectacular coast line. The beautiful New Forest is a welcome contrast for when the sun bathing gets too much only half an hour away with its tranquil pubs and wild ponies.

    The space is a character Victorian flat giving a sense of spaciousness and charm. Both rooms have large bay windows overlooking the front garden area. The kitchen/diner area is fully fitted with oven, microwave etc and a breakfast bar to enjoy meals together. The lounge area has TV, 3 seater sofa and comfy arm chair to sit and relax after a full day of sightseeing. The bedroom has a comfy double bed with postrapedic mattress, and fully fitted ensuite shower room. **please note - there is no permitted parking on the drive because it is owned by the flat upstairs. There is plentiful free parking along Iddesleigh rd 24hrs a day.
    The accommodation is a minute's walk from Charminster high street, home to great restaurants and take-aways. It is also close to the main train station, Bournemouth town centre, beautiful beaches, and the Jurassic coast.

  • Wonderful flat with easy access to transportation and nearby grocery, coffee, and cafes. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The flat was very stylish and had many interesting features. It was impeccably clean and the towels were nice and thick just the way we like them. The large bay windows and high ceilings make the flat feel spacious and roomy despite its compact size. Melanie communicated with us prior to our stay, after our arrival, and on our check-out day. She made it clear she was available to assist us even though she was out of town during our stay. She had great restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. We recommend this flat for a lovely stay in Bournemouth!

    This amazing beachfront house on Sandbanks Peninsula is very cool, quirky and spacious. It is suitable for families/friend groups wanting to have fun on the beach/water or explore Dorset. It has gorgeous views of Brownsea Island, Studland, Old Harry's Rocks and IofW from the house and garden. All rooms (bar bunk rooms) can be made into super kings instead of two singles.
    The house is situated on the Sandbanks Peninsula with direct access at the back of the garden onto the beach and to Poole Harbour at the front of the house. The sunsets over the Harbour are completely sublime and have to be seen to be believed. The fantastic firework displays on Poole Quay can be watched from the comfort of the dining room! There are amazing views from every room in the house - and almost has the feeling of being in a boat. It is the ONLY house that is let for holidays on this stretch so it is unique. It is deceptively large (approx 4000 square feet internally) so there is plenty of room for everyone - especially as the lounge and games room allow for two completely separate areas to relax and have fun in. The property also benefits from a huge garden that is approx 50 metres long with amazing views to Old Harry's rocks and the Isle of Wight. There is also parking for 5 cars at the front of the house. This saves on parking charges! Everyone who has visited Sandbanks knows this house - it was the first modern house built on the peninsula when it was still a literal sandbank. It won the house of the year award in 1974 for its innovative architecture - being cantilevered and made of concrete and glass. It is definitely one of a kind! It is a lovely quirky house to have fun in. It has a great fun interior - we call it the "Happy House"! The house is located next door to The Watersports Academy which is fantastic for watersports activities, paddle board, bicycle and boat hire. We host a wide range of guests at the property. These include family/friendship group holidays and celebrations, Bournemouth graduation events and pre-marriage celebrations. We have also hosted business groups for team building activities and meetings. It is a fantastic choice for those visiting Dorset from the UK or abroad (15 minutes from Bournemouth International airport) who wish to explore the beautiful Dorset coast and countryside. The property is the perfect place to start your exploration of beautiful Poole Harbour, Bournemouth beach and Jurassic coast. Bournemouth beach is the only UK beach to be awarded one of the "World's Best" by travellers on Trip Advisor. The beach house is also only 30/40 minutes to Jurassic highlights such as Lulworth cove, Chapman's Pool and Kimmeridge. The house is only 20 minutes from the charming New Forest with its gorgeous country pubs and New Forest ponies. The house offers a holiday that can combine so many different elements that make an amazing and memorable trip with so much to do both at the house and in the surrounding area. The house itself is such a relaxing place to be with beautiful views that many guests do not leave the house and immediate surrounding area for the duration of their stay - so no need to use the car at all! Top Floor - The top floor has five bedrooms. There is one further bedroom and also games room that are used for sleeping accommodation on the ground floor (please see below). Bedroom 1 - is a beautiful large bedroom with the most amazing views of Poole Harbour and Brownsea Island. It is really light and spacious room. The bedroom can be set up either as two singles or a superking bed. There are two armchair sofa beds which can be made up as two singles. This room can sleep 4. Bedroom 2 - this room also has wonderful views over the Harbour. It can be made up as two singles or a superking. There is an armchair sofa bed which can be used as a single. This room can sleep 3. Bedroom 3 - this is a bunk bed room which has harbour glimpses. The bunk beds are suitable for adults. This room can sleep 2. Bedroom 4 - this is a very large and light room which has amazing views, both of the harbour to the side of the house and the beach at the back of the house. This room can be set up as two singles or a superking. There are also two arm chair sofa beds that can be used as two singles. This room has an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower. This room can sleep 4. Bedroom 5- bunk room with views of the harbour. The bunk beds can sleep adults. This is annexed off Bedroom 4 so makes it very suitable for use as a family room or for a group of friends. This room can sleep 2. There is also a well appointed shower room on the top floor. Middle Floor - The middle floor is an amazing open plan living and dining space which is great for entertaining. The living area has a huge, deep sofa which is perfect for reclining on to watch a movie or listen to music. There is a Bang and Olufsen TV system on this floor with Apple TV with access to over 200 films downloaded (mainly children's movies!) Netflix can also be played through this TV. The kitchen and dining room (breakfast bar) are designed to seat a large group. There are two table extensions available in order to seat 20 people at the dining table. It is a wonderful place to sit and watch the sunsets over the harbour which will take your breath away. The kitchen is really well equipped for cooking for large number. There is an electric range oven with 3 ovens and 5 induction rings. There are two fridge freezers, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine. there is crockery, cutlery and glassware for 22 people. The kitchen has been designed to make things as easy as possible for a relaxing stay. Bottom Floor - The bottom floor has one bedroom Bedroom 6 - this can be set up as two single beds or a superking. It has views of the harbour. It is a very quirky round room. The large private 'games room' has table football, three sofas a TV (with netflix and sega mega drive games console), fridge freezer, stereo system and also decks. There is direct access to the garden through double doors from the games room. It is a fantastic room with amazing graffiti wall art. The two sofa beds can be used to sleep 2/4 people. Two additional floor mattresses can be added to the games room too. The utility room is also on this floor with a shower room and washer and dryer. The house has been designed to have fun for family/friendship groups. It can sleep a maximum of 21 people. If you are more than 16 guests there is a small additional charge over 16 guests - please state the number of people you wish to stay clearly at the point of booking. Garden - The outside space at the back of the house is decked with a large seating area. There is a gas BBQ available for use. The garden has been astro turfed and has a giant sandpit called "shark island" for children (and adults) to have fun in! There is a large storage area which has lots of fun beach/water activities including paddle boards, buckets and spades, balls etc. There is also a Table tennis table in the garden. The garden is secure at the front and back with a locked/coded gate. It is a fabulous location and the interior is completely different to what is expected!! It really is an amazing house that you will find very difficult to leave! Infants - There are two high chairs and travel cots at the property. There is a stair gate for the middle floor. For hosting groups I am happy to help with booking/organising activities at the house. For example - - A "beauty" day can be organised at the house with massage therapists, beauty therapists and hairdressers. This is a fun activity for all women groups who may be planning on going out for the evening! - Pilates / yoga instruction - Live art classes - Outside caterers - Cocktail classes I am also happy to help organise / book activities off site, for example - - Water sports activities - Golf days/lessons - Clay pigeon shooting - Taxi/coach bookings There is so much to do in the house and in the local area! There is ample parking for at least 5/6 cars. EVERYBODY loves it here!
    The area is unique as it has access to the water on two sides - Harbour and beach. Sandbanks is probably one of the best known stretches of beach in the UK.

We are a 3 minute drive from Poole ferry terminal for guests travelling to or from The Channel Islands or France. Poole Quay is a short drive or 20 minute walk. On your arrival there will be a welcome pack of fresh bread, croissants, milk, cereals, butter and a selection of jams. Parking is available on our driveway.
    We offer a lovely light annexe space which includes an open plan kitchen/bedroom/living space and a separate shower room. Washing machine and tumble drier use is included as well as ironing facilities. There is a TV with a Now TV box offering movies, box sets and more...The kitchen area has a hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge. Washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board and iron. Please note that there is no oven.
    Poole ferry terminal is just a 3 minute drive. We are a short walk away from Hamworthy Park which has a lovely little beach, big field and fantastic paddling pool and play area next to the cafe. Lake Pier is just up the road and is a beautiful little walk and beach area. Poole Quay is 5 minutes by car and has a large choice of pubs and restaurants as well as a beautiful marina area where you can admire some spectacular locally built Sunseekers. The fabulous purbeck coast is around a 30 minute drive away which includes the beautiful Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Kimmeridge... These areas are well worth a visit...

Not that grocery shopping is needed: the kitchenette is already stocked with lovely bread and croissants, plus a choice of breakfast cereals. The decor is beautiful, with a definite coastal feel, and the entire apartment is cosy, sparklingly clean and casually stylish. It really does feel like a second home rather than an overnight stay.

    The Little Cabin is located just outside of Poole and is within a short drive of the beautiful beach of Sandbanks. It is also perfectly located for a visit to Compton Acres or a short stay before catching the ferry to France or The Channel Islands. The Little Cabin is a newly furbished self contained unit with separate bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. It has it's own entrance door at the side of our house.
    The Little Cabin - a stylish, and contemporary small annex finished to the highest standard. Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, featuring a separate kitchenette containing and a small electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. The bedroom has a double bed and smart tv with a hanging space for clothes. The bathroom is modern with a full sized bath and shower. The Annex is attached to the main house but has its own separate private entrance with hallway and lockable door. The Little Cabin is perfect for two for a couple of nights break and also good for a single person perhaps working in the area for the week.
    The Little Cabin is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of Poole. We provide a space on our driveway for guests however there is also plenty of parking on the road.

    Broadstone is a busy little village close to Poole, Upton, Corfe Mullen, Canford Heath, Merley and Wimborne. Bournemouth is 8 miles away and Sandbanks beaches 9 miles way. We are only 4 miles from Poole Ferry port. The village has numerous take aways (some that deliver), restaurants, pubs, shops and supermarkets. Parking outside the front door & there is a lovely outdoor space in the courtyard behind the apartment - this of course, is in addition to the south facing balcony.
    If you want Harbour Views, access to Poole Harbour within a 100 meters, a stunning park on your doorstep and some of the best views in the country - then Harbour Shallows is for you! A one-bed apartment, fully furnished to a high spec - and a wonderful new bed. It sleeps 4 in a double bedroom and double sofa bed. There is access to the apartment along a catwalk over a small self-contained courtyard. The apartment has one bed - a double with plenty of wardrobe space and Freeview TVs & DVD players. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a washing machine, hob and oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, new microwave and all glass, cutlery, crockery, pots & pans you need to cater at home if you want to! There is a shower in the bathroom, a bath, a sink, vanity mirror & toilet. The lounge has a new dining table with four chairs, a leather sofa, recliner and bean bag plus a great wall mounted pivoting Freeview TV plus DVD with a couple of movies.     Whitecliff is great. It is central to restaurants, shops, the waterfront, watersports, dog walking and has the best views in the land! Fab for walking, biking, eating, drinking and if you have children there is a super play park just 100m across the park (not visible from the flat).

    My cosy, warm 2nd floor flat welcomes you. The room’s at the rear of the building, where street noise is at a minimum. Only minutes walk both to the Quay & town centre. Close to the historic Old Town & Poole museum & lovely rooftop cafe (well worth a visit!) I provide a continental breakfast & can accommodate individual tastes, wherever possible. Bus & railway stations, ferry port, shopping centre, theatre & hospitals are extremely close by. Also near to High Street & all pubs & restaurants!
    Guests have a quiet, clean, cosy and very warm double room to themselves; with a home from home feel. There’s a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe with hangers. The guest room, as it is at the back of the flats is quieter and away from the road. The room is centrally heated, but there is a small fan heater too if needed. There are extra pillows and blankets if needed. There are bedside draws available for 2 guests’ usage. Provided are towels, toiletries & a hairdryer in the bedside drawer. Guests have use of a very recently refurbished loo & bathroom including a bath and a shower. Also a fully equipped & sunny kitchen, with a table & 2 comfy stools to eat breakfast at. My flat backs onto a quiet communal garden and is in easy walking distance to both the Quay & the town centre. Both rail & bus stations are approximately a 10 minute walk from here. Poole General Hospital is 15 mins away. The Lighthouse Theatre is an easy 10 minute walk away. The ferry terminal is a 20 - 30 minute walk away, depending on how much luggage you have – but it is also a very short taxi ride away ~ approx £5-6.
    I am right in the thick of things – only a 5 minute walk into town or to the Quayside. Getting around is very easy and there is a bus, coach and train station within a 10 minute walk from my flat. Also the Poole Town Circular bus stops around the corner from my flat. The Lighthouse Theatre is a 10/15 minute walk. There are large supermarkets ~ Sainsbury’s and Aldi’s, within a 10 minute walk from the flat. Even closer, there is a Tesco’s Express upon the key – five minutes walk, and a Little Sainsbury’s in the High Street, for your convenience ~ both are open early till late. Buses, coaches and trains to Sandbanks, Bournemouth, Weymouth, Swanage, Dorchester & London Waterloo are very frequent, often twice-hourly, depending upon the service, destination and your chosen day of travel.

    Beautifully light, spacious & modern apartment, 10 min walk to bars & boutiques of Westbourne Village. Award-winning Bournemouth & Poole beaches are a pleasant 15-min walk through the tree-lined 'Chine'. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen & open-plan living space with tranquil garden & tree views. The SW facing balcony is perfect for summer BBQs & quiet sunset drinks. The 2 main bedrooms are en-suite. bath towels & bedding supplied. Note we charge extra per guest staying after 4.
    The apartment has two large double en-suite bedrooms with showers (one bedroom also has a TV). The queen size bed in the master bedroom has a new memory foam mattress. The second bedroom has a toddler bed (with a sheet but please bring other bedding your toddler prefers). The third bedroom has bunk beds suitable for children and leads out onto the balcony which you can use until 11pm at night (to limit noise for our neighbours). There is a family bathroom with a bath and hairdryer in a bedroom drawer. There's tea, coffee, milk etc, and croissants for your first breakfast. We have a parking space for one SMALL car, or there is free on street parking. The kitchen has a washer/ dryer, gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is a travel high chair and toys. Its a bright and airy flat, there are blinds but not blackout. The apartment is suitable for 4 adults (sharing the double beds), 2 children and a baby/ toddler. We are a 3 minutes drive to the BIC, or a 20 minute stroll along the beach (15 mins to go the road way). STRICTLY not suitable for stag, hen or any other parties. If you leave a terrible mess, or break, stain or damage things without letting us know we may have to retain your deposit (don't worry, this is very rare!)
    There is so much to enjoy in this region! The beautiful beaches of Poole and Bournemouth are a lovely, forested walk away. Westbourne is popular and trendy, with plenty of restaurants, cafes and boutiques with family-friendly options as well as venues perfect for a lively night out. Close by is the glamorous 'Sandbanks' peninsula with incredible views of Poole harbour, where you can enjoy all sorts of water sports and find some up-market restaurants. The New Forest is a beautiful destination for a Sunday stroll and pub lunch (often surrounded by the wild horses which wander freely) and picturesque Christchurch (the quay, priory and old castle areas) are well-worth a visit. We can recommend restaurants, days out (with or without kids), child-friendly activities and bars, having lived in apartment ourselves for nearly 10 years (both with and without children!)

The beach is only a 5 min walk away down through Alum Chine. I also have a separate listing for a sofa and or a double air bed in my lounge. I can take up to 4 people max.     Lovely view of Alum Chine from the bedroom window. You have a large family Bathroom to use (or share if my lounge is booked, which is very rare, check with me first if you want to), which includes bath with shower. I provide shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and clean towels. Built in wardrobe to store your clothes and bits and bobs during your stay. Lock on inside of bedroom door.
    Walk in to the village of Westbourne/Alum Chine in 10 minutes, it’s a highly desirable area to live. With the sea on one side and Bournemouth and Poole town centres either side. Take a trip to the very exclusive area of Sandbanks which is the 4th most expensive place to buy houses in the world (apparently). The tropical gardens are only a five minute stroll away from here too.
  • The single room is bigger than I expected & the bathroom is large too. The lounge and kitchen are also a very good size. A spacious flat that’s very quiet & 5 mins walk from the sea. Paul is a great host, happy to chat or to give you some quiet time, as you wish. The bed was comfy & the flat has everything you might need. The kitchen is well stocked and I did some work in the lounge as there is a table as well as 2 sofas. Highly recommended & I shall definitely be back

I was certainly made to feel very welcome and was shown were everything I needed was. My room was clean and included a towel. Parking was available. The location is very handy for the beach which is a 5 minute walk through the chine. Once at the beach Bournemouth is a 10 - 15 minute walk along the promenade or Sandbanks is a pleasant walk in the opposite direction. I wouldn't hesitate to stay with Paul again.

  • This is a first class apartment, everything from the furniture and fittings to the appliances, even the ornaments are class. It was sparkling clean with modern equipment and utensils. The sofa and bed were exceptionally comfortable. The location is very select and incredibly quiet. There is private secure parking and easy safe access to the apartment. The best compliment I can pay was it was a little shame to leave the apartment to visit the location and restaurants of which there are many. Our hosts were very helpful and advised places to eat and visit. Can 100% highly recommend for a short stay or holiday.

    The cabin is ideal for two adults sleeping downstairs and children on the mezzanine (stairgates included). Built in 2017 to full building regulations, indoors 30 sqm downstairs and 12 sqm on mezzanine, underfloor heating, full kitchen + dishwasher, alarm system, sun decking 15sq m. Shutters and blinds enable full blackout environment for a good nights sleep. Garage storage available.
    The log cabin is situated in a conservation area, just a short walk to Bournemouth's award winning beaches. Its elevated cantilevered position enjoys unique views of Alum Chine and is wildlife.

    We look forward to welcoming you into our family home here in Upton, Poole. My husband Steve and I live here with our 2 boys (Mason & Hunter), aged 5 and 8 and our daughter (Tilly) who is 2! Obviously a small level of noise comes with family life and our three excitable young children, however, we are as respectful as possible when we have guests staying with us.     Your room is located on the ground floor of our newly renovated home (a labour of love!) and is located just inside the front door offering you a little privacy from the rest of the house. The room is spacious, comfortable and bright with lots of natural light due to its large bay window. You can enjoy the comfy king-sized bed and en-suite offering a shower, basin and toilet. There is also the option of an additional, separate room on the ground floor. This has two single beds and is ideal for children, these are the only two bedrooms downstairs and the doors are opposite each other, but please be aware they are separated by the hallway. The additional room does not have a bathroom, so guests would need to share the ensuite in the king size room. A continental breakfast is included with your stay and this can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar area in your room. The room will be stocked with food items for your continental breakfast including bread, cereals, tea, coffee, milk and crockery. Here you will also find a fridge, toaster and kettle for your use. We will provide bedding, towels, shampoo & shower gel. We are on a leafy road in Upton, with links to Poole, Bournemouth and the Jurassic Coast. With the ferry port in Poole only 10 minutes away, our home is the perfect base for your short getaway or a base for work. Our driveway to the front of the property offers plenty of off road parking or alternatively, you would be welcome to park on the road if you prefer. Please note: there is another Dorchester Road in Poole so you must use our postcode when finding our house.
    Our home is situated in a leafy, well established road in Upton. Surrounded by thatched cottages and mature trees you will feel like you are in the country, but still have access to the main towns and attractions of Bournemouth and Poole. With a pub, St Peters Finger, a 15 minute walk away, the Bakers Arms just a bit further, a Dominoes, Costa and Fish and Chip shop in Upton there are plenty of options for food and drink close by. We are only a short drive to Poole Ferry and the many beaches Bournemouth and Poole have to offer.

    The garden room is a delightful, quaint building originally a piggery, It is decorated to the highest standard in a contemporary style and is a lovely calm space, in which to relax and enjoy your stay. Modern dimmable downllighting and smaller lamps give a bright or more muted feel according to your need. Central heating makes it warm and cosy in the cooler weather. Egyptian cotton sheets give a luxurious feel to the kingsize bed and ensure a comfortable nights rest. Accommodation on one level.
    The sitting room has a basket of cosy fleece throws and the tea and coffee making facilities mean you can cosy up with a freshly made cup of tea on the sofa, in the soft white bathrobes provided. There is also an Amazon 'Echo dot' (AKA Alexa ) so that you can sit and listen to music / radio of your choice.The shower is separate from the toilet and washroom and is bright and modern, there is a one foot high step up into the shower. The Garden room aims to provide boutique style accommodation and a little bit of luxury for guests to relax , unwind and enjoy. All bedding is super fresh and anti allergy. Please note, although we love babies and children the Garden Room is set up as an ideal 'retreat' / getaway for 2 adults only and is not suitable or set up to provide for little ones, having neither the space nor the facilities to cater adequately for little peoples needs. The Garden room would make a great base for anyone staying in the area for work, and is 100yds from the nearest breakfast / evening meal outlet. The Garden Room, does not have a kitchen, but has tea and coffee making facilities, wine glasses, mugs, china tea plates and cups, and cutlery, plus disposable plates, in short everything you need for light snacks. In the warmer weather you can eat outside in the gravel garden where there is a bistro set of table and chairs for two. Also we are in the centre of the village, 100 yards from a Marks and Spencer Foodhall, a Tesco Local, and several cafes where you can eat breakfast, as well as many restaurants for evening meals all within a 5 minute walk. Please note, much as we are animal lovers, we are sorry, but we do not allow dogs or pets of any kind in The Garden Room
    Broadstone is a busy village with 18 cafes / restaurants and bars , gin bar, and Mark Bennet's artisan bakery. Shops include a Marks and Spencer food hall, Boots chemist and local post office / banks. We are just a step away form all the above being right in the centre of Broadstone, therefore it is easy to eat at one of the restaurants and stroll back without having to worry about parking or driving after you have enjoyed a glass of wine with your meal.

    The Annexe is 15 minutes drive from Poole town centre and the local beaches. There is a bus stop at the top of the road which serves the local area but a short walk up the hill to the main road is an abundance of buses which can take you to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole and beyond. There's a selection of take away restaurants close by along with a CoOp supermarket and an Iceland. On your arrival there will be a welcome pack of fresh bread, milk, cereals, butter and tea and instant coffee.
    The Annexe is a large studio room comprising of a double bed, 3 piece suite, TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a small bathroom and small kitchen which are accessed by two doors off of the main studio room. These are fully functional and are only used by those staying in the Annexe. The room is very bright and overlooks the garden.
    Our house and adjoining annexe is situated down a private drive off of the road. The Ashley Road is very busy and it is so nice to turn off and come down to our house - a lot of people say that "you wouldn't know it was here!" or that it has a "holiday feel" about it. All of which are reasons why we bought the house in the first place! We've been told that our house was the first house built on the land whilst it was still farm land - we assume it was a cottage for the farmer. It was originally a two up two down cottage but has since had many extensions - including the annexe - but we think it still holds its traditional look.
