Beach Bungalow- Great location, Clean, Comfortable

Beach Bungalo - Small House , Big Welcome! Cheerful, comfortable and throughly cleaned. 5-10 minute walk to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Healthy salt air and ocean frolics await. Off-street parking (4 cars), high speed wifi, Firestick TV. Great location - walk to BYOB Boat-to-Plate restaurants - easy breezy. Price is for 2 guests, additional guests $40 extra/person/night. Linens & towels included. Snow: we provide shovels/snow melt, we do our best to come shovel but can’t guarantee it.

This family-friendly Coastal Ranch is just an 8 min walk to the beach/boardwalk and 10 min walk to town! This updated ranch has 3BR/2BA which sleeps 8 comfortably. 2-3 cars in driveway and street parking. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining room, and the plenty of seating in the living room with TV. Yard with outdoor shower is perfect to hangout after a long day. House is thoroughly cleaned between guests. Sorry, no pets. We only rent to families. Must be age 26+ to book.

Great home 300 yrds fr Private Beach

Point Pleasant Beach ("PPB") is at the hub of the Jersey Shore at the top of the Barnegat Bay and along the Manasquan inlet. The home is 300 yards from the Elizabeth Carter Private Beach-6 badges included - small children do not need a badge. PPB has a great boardwalk restaurants, amusement rides for the young and older, bars, brewery and entertainment a 20 min walk from the house, so you are near the action but not in it. The Ark restaurant is a short walk from the house.

Cozy, Comfy and Quaint Green Sailboat

Please read carefully. The boat is Catalina model 30a from 1979. The boat is over 40 years old and it is rustic inside meaning it is not perfect. Boat is conveniently located on the border between two towns, Belmar and Neptune, only minutes away from the beautiful beaches, cute cafes, wonderful restaurants, and hoppin bars. Whether you are looking for a quiet romantic getaway or a party-filled weekend at the shore, cant find a better location. You cannot take the boat out.
