Spacious brand-new riverside apartment + balcony

The modern apartment has 50 square meters and was renovated over the last few months. It is on the first floor directly next to the river Traun. It features a lovely balcony and it includes a free parking spot right in front of the house. It is less than 10 minutes on foot to the Gmunden town square. You can swim in the calm river, start your hike straight from the house and in winter quickly reach various ski resorts by car (Kasberg 25 minutes, Feuerkogel 20 minutes, Gosau 50 minutes).

Surrounded by hills, forest and a stream, our house is surrounded by green nature, just a stone's throw from the town center, where a baker with an extended offer has opened its doors in the morning. The small village is surrounded by three Alpine foothills in the middle of the star nature park Attersee-Traunsee and offers an ideal starting point for countless excursions and many sporting activities, such as hiking, mountaineering, cycling, skiing, swimming, swimming, etc.

Arrive. Get out. Walk in. Welcome to my place in the center of Gmunden. Park right in front of the front door. Stylish holidays on two floors of 50 m2 each. On the ground floor there is the parking space, entrance and my office. On floor 01 a spacious living/dining room and kitchen including terrace. On floor 02 one bedroom for 2 persons with bathtub and panoramic view, toilet and private room with shower. It's a 5 minutes walk to the center/directly to the lake.
