This home’s jungle greenhouse creates its own microclimate in the high mountain desert and is completely off-the-grid, exquisitely detailed and outfitted with modern amenities. The outer greenhouse features towering banana trees, grape vines, birds, turtles and even a fish pond. The inner living spaces are cozy and quiet. Our house is located 20 minutes S of Taos and a half hour N of Santa Fe. Visit in the spring when thousands of flowers are in bloom; the summer when our orchard is producing a variety of delicious fruit; the fall when giant cottonwoods are ablaze with color; or the winter with the opportunity to ski at five different ski areas within an hour's travel time.
