Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. Please contact us thru the app for fastest response. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most houses are large and include guesthouses and swimming pools, and many of the neighbors living around us have lived here for decades. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Smartphone navigation will guide you to our address easily and with accuracy. We are less than 10 mins from the airport. Our house is pet-free and we are non smokers.

It is perfect for larger groups or families wanting a cozy stay near the best restaurants and shops Phoenix has to offer. The brick paved back patio offers a great al fresco dining option with the beautiful Arizona sunsets. Disclaimer: For your safety of our property and our guests, one surveillance camera has been installed on the front porch. Guests have access to the entire home, including back patio. PLEASE NOTE: The loft is accessed via a steel ladder that is secured to the wall. We ask that guests use ladder carefully and at their own risk. We are always available via telephone or through the app. The house is in the Coronado Historic District, a quiet residential community of young families and artists. Several restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. Downtown Phoenix is a 5-minute drive away. Guests are welcome to park on the gravel driveway, two cars can fit tandem. We have a two car maximum at the property. PLEASE NOTE: The listing photos were taken before the window treatments were installed. The master bedroom currently has a blackout drapery panel. The guest bedrooms have blackout roller shades and the living room windows have privacy roller shades.
