We are located in the heart of Scottsdale, nearby shopping, great golf courses, hiking, restaurants, theatres. Private 1,000 ft guesthouse is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small family. One queen bed and a comfortable futon bed for up to 3 adults. Fully furnished, clean, comfortable, quiet. Nice kitchen, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes, utensils. Fireplace inside and out, huge marble shower and exercise machine! This lovely 1 bedroom guest cottage is located near Central & Camelback in historic Medlock Place. Walking distance to light rail, AJ's Grocery & many trendy restaurants . Short drive to the Biltmore shopping center & 10 minute drive to hiking trails. I would like longer term tenants to rent for 1-3 months during the summer but shorter stays are also welcome.
