The garden house is in the middle of our 2000 m2 garden. At the edge of the garden, you will find the sauna and hot tub overlooking the meadows. We live here a large part of the garden, and like to share the richness of the outdoors with others.

Our apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with the most important comforts. Good heating, cooking facilities including pots, pans, oven/microwave and crockery and a refrigerator. TV, WiFi, private shower and toilet (small bathroom), 2 separate bedrooms upstairs with 1 single and 1 double bed. Cot and toys are also provided. It has its own front door, private terrace, little view and within walking distance of a lot of amenities. Information folder regarding activities in the area is available.

The Old Glass Factory

The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. Within a few minutes' walk, you have a wide choice of cozy cafes and restaurants. The city center, the Waalkade, the Ooijpolder or the woods are nearby. Radboud University and the University of Applied Sciences of Arnhem and Nijmegen (HAN) can also be reached by bicycle within a few minutes.

The apartment is close to public transportation and the village center. You'll love my place because of the location, the atmosphere, the spacious living space, the freely accessible large garden, and the creative vibe. It is a good base to Arnhem (20 min. by train), history (Doesburg and's Heerenberg) and forest (Montferland). The place is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families. Nice cozy independent studio in Berg en Dal on the outskirts of Nijmegen and the woods (less than 500 m). The starting point of the famous N70 hiking trail is 1.5 km away, the studio is close to the route. Ideal location for (hiking) sports in the woods, a visit to Nijmegen city center or for overnight hospital visits. 3 km to the center of Nijmegen with the bus stop for line 8 300 m away. The three hospitals of Nijmegen are 1.5 to 6.5 km from the studio.

Annas Haus am See

The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.

Centrally located within the border area of De Liemers and De Achterhoek. This studio is 290 meters away from Didam train station. Arnhem Velperpoort Station (17 minutes) and Doetinchem Centraal (12 minutes) are easily accessible. The supermarket is 100 meters away, the cozy center of Didam is 200 meters away. The Guesthouse is available for temporary use. In all cases, you must have and keep your main residence elsewhere in the world.

The tiny house has everything for a wonderful stay on the Veluwe and is approximately 10 minutes from the center of Arnhem. The house is located near the Warnsborn estate, National Park, Burgers Zoo, Open Air Museum and on MTB and cycling routes. The bus stops in front of the house. The house consists of a cozy living room/bedroom, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen (with even dishwasher and espresso machine )
