Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. The ocean beaches (Mimizan, Contis, Lespecier...) are 45min away by car.

Our old water mill has been rehabilitated into a dwelling house. With its independent entrance, its large windows have a breathtaking view of a green setting that will delight you! It is composed of 2 pretty bedrooms, a bathroom, 1 living room and a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher etc. You can enjoy the beautiful covered terrace and in the summer you can swim in the river!
