Our 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacius living room with couch and dining table, A/C, and spacius patio is located just around 100 meters from Lake Bled (swimming area). It's located in very peaceful area. It has it's own entrance and is located in our house (so we're always nearby to help). We're a family of 5 and will be happy to host you. Sustainability: We produce more energy than we use. Tourism tax (3,13 for adults per day, 1,56 for children above 7) is not included.

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

The apartment itself (about 100 square meters) is furnished in a "country house" style and scores with coolness in summer and warmth in winter. The largest part is the living, dining and kitchen area, where there is plenty of space for cozy togetherness. The smaller part is divided into three bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.
