The village of Neindorf is 5 km from Oschersleben, where the Motorsport Arena is also located. In the village itself there is a village tavern with home-brewed beer and barbecue specialties. There is also a hospital in the village with a bakery, coffee and a small snack bar. The Harz excursion destination can be reached in a short time.

The house is situated in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac. It can also be used for fitters/business stays.
