Recently renovated building for exclusive use, divided into 4 levels. On the ground floor, we have a full kitchen, a fireplace (decorative only) and a bathroom. In the basement, there is a room (no windows) with a double bed, a small sofa and a full bathroom. On the 1st floor, there is a room with a kitchen, a wood-burning stove (decorative only), a sofa bed for 2 people, a balcony and a full bathroom. Finally, on the terrace, we have outdoor furniture under a gazebo and a built-in grill.

500 meters from the sea, in a quiet area, stands a lovely, recently renovated apartment. Finely furnished and air-conditioned, the apartment with sea view is ideal for a relaxing vacation in Cala Gonone. The dining/living room is connected to a kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed and access to a large veranda and air conditioning; in the bathroom, in addition to the essential services, there is a washing machine and a hairdryer.

The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and consists of a bedroom, a private bathroom and an equipped kitchen-living room, with large windows and a balcony from which to admire the entire valley and the mountains of Ogliastra. Guests have access to a common room located on the ground floor and an outdoor patio.

The spaces are dedicated to the comfortable use of an open living space communicating with a creative space of Sardinian craftsmanship and an architecture studio. The B&B is designed to accommodate people who, if they wish, can learn the art of manual weaving in the adjacent workshop, which is clearly visible from the open space.
