Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nestled in the heart of the Hampshire Downs, The Annexe at Mandalay Lodge is the perfect place to unwind. Set next to the main house, the Annexe provides a quiet, tranquil space with a cozy double bed, open plan kitchenette a bathroom with shower & outdoor hot water shower. Stunning views over the countryside from your balcony provides a perfect backdrop for your relaxing stay. There is a Sauna on site bookable for an extra fee, just request.

Guest House/Annex - fully self-contained

Self contained, detached guest house / annex. Small kitchen/diner at ground level and sleep/live studio space upstairs. Upstairs ensuite shower room and a laundry cupboard with washing machine. Off road, gated, parking in grounds of main family house and next to the annex. Easy driving (3 miles) from the charming town of Alresford and the cultural, historic city of Winchester (10 miles). There are plenty of lovely pubs for walks and lunches to keep you fed and watered for a fortnight!

Entire cottage in the heart of rural Hampshire.

Dairy Cottage was a former milking parlour. We stopped milking cows in 1992 and converted the building into a self catering holiday cottage. The cottage is situated between the Cathedral City of Winchester and the market towns of Alton and Petersfield. Nearby is the pretty town of Alresford where the River Arle flows into a lake constructed to provide fishing as well as a reservoir for the River Itchen navigation. There is a lovely short river walk here which we're happy to tell you about.

Idyllic countryside 3 Bedroom Cottage

Barn Lodge is a three bedroom cottage positioned at the end of a 15th century Tithe Barn located on a working farm, the home of Louis Pommery UK. Offering a home from home luxurious feel throughout. The cottage is incredibly cosy, comfortable and has everything one would need for a quiet and peaceful stay in alresford. Set amongst beautiful countryside, overlooking watercress beds but only a 10/15 minute walk along a chalk stream river path to Alresford. Family friendly and pet friendly.

Separate ground floor garden room with private front door and off road parking. Good Wi-fi, laptop friendly. Single bed only (linen provided) wardrobe, tv/dvd, wifi, phone chargers, ethernet cable. Kitchen/dining area: Sink unit, fridge, double INDUCTION hob**, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, pans, cutlery, tea towels, olive oil, salt & pepper. **NB alternative hob available if you have a pacemaker fitted. Shower room: Shower, sink, wc, heated towel rail (towels provided).

Beautifully decorated studio annex in the village of Ovington - a lovely rural spot yet a short drive from Winchester and walkable to Alresford. Light and airy space - king size bed, sofa, TV, chest drawers and table & chairs. There is a small kitchenette (small fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, cafetiere, crockery, glassware and cutlery). Fresh towels, tea, coffee and biscuits are ready for you on your arrival. An iron, cot and high chair can be arranged on request.

Come and enjoy the beautiful Hampshire countryside with a relaxing getaway with us in the Studio@Ashton Lodge. A light filled contemporary studio built in the gardens of our architect designed eco home. The perfect all season getaway! Enjoy the hot tub under the stars, take a walk through the woods at Micheldever, read a book on your sunbed, roast marshmallows on the fire pit, enjoy a meal at the Woolpack Inn. The studio is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Lovely one bed flat with free parking on premises

A small but perfectly formed one bedroom flat in a rural location. The Annex has a small kitchen with hob, cooker and microwave. There is a table for eating. One double bed and a shower room. We have good broadband and there is parking on the property. The village has a great pub within walking distance and plenty of lovely walks. We are about 11 miles from Winchester and 3 miles from Jane Austen's Chawton. Our stairs into the flat are steep and narrow.
