L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Welcome to the house, located in the heart of Olargues, with all its shops, in the Haut Languedoc Regional Natural Park, close to the Caroux and Espinouse mountains. You will appreciate it for its calm and comfort. There are 3 spacious bedrooms: bedroom 1 – double bed, bedroom 2 – double bed or 2 single beds + sofa bed, and bedroom 3: 2 single beds. The kitchen opens onto a large terrace. The house is close to the river. Starting point for many hiking or mountain biking trails. Good Wi-Fi

Under our timber-framed house, we rent out a 25m² studio with a private 12m² terrace, a picnic table with a parasol, and an electric plancha. The accommodation was built in 2019. . Enjoy a magnificent view of the valley, the Orb River, and the mountains. Located in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park, you can experience canyoning, climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and canoeing. Whether by bike or on foot, you can explore the Greenway . You will find here the calm away from the noises of the city... We welcome you all year round with a wood burning stove for winter! Our apartment is in the village, next to Devil's Bridge! Quietly! Only the sound of the river will lull your nights. We're close to the river. You'll love the place for its calm ! Its freshness , its terrace. The place is good for walking couples, hobbyists... who want relaxing nights and a simple and functional cottage. The Green Lane is a 5-minute walk from the property. 1 hour from the beaches ; 45 minutes from the mountain lakes and 30 minutes walk from Héric Gorge.

The Caroux Cocoon

Small cozy nest freshly renovated at the foot of the Caroux, in the hamlet of La Coste on the heights of Mons la Trivalle. Access to a cellar for your bikes. Ideally located for hikers or for a quiet stay. The Gorges d'Héric are accessible within a 15-minute walk by a mountainside trail. No pets are allowed, the accommodation remains modest in size and with parquet flooring. Bed linen (190 x 140) and bath towels can be provided upon request.

The perfect isolated escape ! Hidden away in the beautiful and largely undiscovered Vallée de Gijou this cosy tiny house is equipped to the very highest standards. However as an ex-restaurateur the owner can provide breakfast, lunches/picnics and dinners on order. Nestled in the Haut Languedoc Park between the Southern town of Castres (40 minutes) and world heritage site of Albi (50 minutes).

Quiet in a typical hamlet

On the mountainside between Espinouse and Caroux (400m above sea level), this typical peasant construction of 62 m², eco-restored in 2017, accommodates you in the heart of a very quiet hamlet. From the terrace, a superb view of the Avants-Monts invites you to enjoy outdoor activities. A walk in the forest is possible even outside the cottage!
