Perched right on the foreshore and overlooking the bay is Squid Ink Shack. A comfortable & spacious waterfront property with 180 degree views over the bay. It’s a peaceful & tranquil setting among the tall gum trees. Go for a swim, snorkel or kayak right at your front doorstep or take a short leisurely walk down the gravel road to fish off the jetty or launch the boat and let the kids play on the sands of White Beach. Our place is a perfect base to explore all the Tasman Peninsula has to offer.

Externally blending in with its environment and internally featuring detailed timberwork using Tasmanian Oak giving a natural feel. We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Prospect@Premaydena is situated on a quiet rural road, surrounded by farmland and bush. It is 5 minutes drive from the nearest little township, Nubeena, and provides a perfect base for exploring all that the Tasman Peninsula has to offer. The house yard is well-fenced and secure and well-behaved dogs are welcome, but not any other pets. (Note: there is further information below regarding bringing your dog(s).
