TINY studio for one non-smoker. Our usual guest is a busy academic, intern, medical worker or businessperson. This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. See the LOCATION section under the map to check if our neighborhood is suitable for you. No smoking indoors or out. Memorial Hospital 3 blocks, Notre Dame 2.5 miles, downtown 1/2 mile. 8 minutes to SB Airport and 80/90 Toll Road.

Cute and Cozy 1 BR apartment. A lovely stay for a couple or 1 person. Covered off street parking. Close to downtown Niles and only 15 min from Notre Dame. This is an older, family friendly apartment complex. Rest assured the unit is clean and comfortable for your stay! We do provide a television, but it not large and I know some guests need their entertainment. 😁 Note: there no laundry amenities in the unit or complex, but close in town. Pets are negotiable. Country setting. Apartment above our garage. Attached to our house. No Smoking. No Pets. No Parties. No shared space but with the shared wall, you will here sounds from our space including garage door, voices, kitchen noise, dogs may bark, etc. we try to keep noise levels down but we live here and you may hear us. WiFi in this location is sometimes spotty.
