The master suite, equipped with a queen size bed and its bathroom has a splendid sea view. The second bedroom equipped with a double bed faces the back, a bathroom completes it. Our 40m2 air-conditioned apartment has a beautiful, quiet, south-facing terrace overlooking an interior courtyard. The terrace is protected from the sun by retractable awnings. it is located on the 4th floor with left in a secure building. It has an open kitchen/dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a washing machine and separate WC. Its ideal geolocation will allow you to explore the city entirely on foot. Various shops are nearby.

Opposite the regularly busy Albert 1st Garden (Carnival, Flower Battles, Christmas Market, Jazz Festival, etc.). 2 minutes' walk to Promenade des Anglais and the Beaches. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
