Amazing, relaxing stay. The hosts meet us and introduced themselves. The space was clean, cozy and relaxing. The air and tv were on. Most anything you could need, shower had plenty hot water. Comfortable bed and wifi including a fire stick and direct TV. My favorite part was the paths and landscaping. I can not wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the flowers and pools. They really make you feel at home. Close to town but away from everything also.

This is our second stay and it is one of our favorite Airbnbs. My husband says it is the most comfortable and solid night sleep he’s ever had. If you turn on the tv, you’ll be missing the whole experience of this unique place. Love going off the grid (but there is wifi if you want it!).

If you are a bicyclist, this lovely two bedroom home is less than one mile to the Tanglefoot trail head in New Albany.

Very stylish home! The hosts were very helpful with local recommendation, detailed instruction on check in, and amenities.

We use AirBnb quite often when we travel. This house was by far the most stylish, clean, and welcoming that we've ever stayed at. The kitchen was my personal favorite. Gorgeous! Equipped with everything you would need to cook your own meals/prepare food. All the kitchenware was clean and good-quality. Some basic food supplies stocked in the fridge and pantry. Coffee provided. Brand new washer and dryer which was very helpful for us. House was warm and temperature easy to regulate (we stayed in February.) The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We had a bit of trouble figuring out how to use the TV but then again we didn't try very hard. Would have loved to have been here in nice weather to utilize the big front porch and back yard. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. Highly recommend!

What a great place to stay. The hosts are exceptional and accommodating. Very lovely suite of rooms with everything you need. Kitchenette, living room, bedroom and full bath. This is a clean and comfortable place to relax. The backyard is beautiful and well maintained. There is parking in the driveway for your car. They served breakfast every morning at the time I requested, which saved me time and money, not to mention how awesome it was to visit with the hosts each morning. Perfect location near major highways. I highly recommend this host and this place to stay if you're looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay in New Albany, MS at a great price. I'll be back if I ever need a room there.

What a spectacular place to stay right in downtown New Albany. The place was super cute and super clean. If you are going to ride the trails, it is the perfect spot. It is literally steps away from the trail. Mary was an amazing host and added special touches to our stay! We will definitely stay here again

The cottage is charming. The hosts are warm, welcoming and ever so helpful. The room was tastefully and delightfully appointed with some fun and inspirational touches. All areas were immaculately clean and we both slept well through the night. And the complimentary freshly baked cinnamon sticky buns were to die for.

WONDERFUL ACCOMODATIONS ! Linens were great, very very stylish ! Wish we could transport it to the Heart Of Oxford ! The details and style of home were incredible.

This is a hidden gem tucked away from everything, but close enough to grab all you need. Tanya was superb, and if you stay here, bring your fishing pole! Guaranteed to catch fish! The place was immaculate, and had the perfect setting for a getaway weekend!

You can book Tracye's place without any hesitation. Her place is clean, comfortable, and cozy. You will get a good night's rest on the amazing bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is stocked with all you need. Tracye is a wonderful host and will respond quickly to your messages. This is our second time to stay here and we will definitely book her place again when we come to Tupelo.

Easily accessible central location, home is older mother in law cottage but very well kept up, hostess went out of her way to provide thoughtful helpful touched like giving us a coffee grinder because our Instacart order mistakenly included whole bean coffee. Would definitely want to stay here again if we are in the area.

Trayce is a wonderful, thoughtful host! The space is very comfortable, and in a safe location.

Tracye's place was clean and well-stocked, warm and inviting! She gave us great tips for restaurants and other attractions in the city. She was always available if needed but not at all intrusive. We will definitely stay there again if we're in Tupelo.

She is an engaging host who is committed to making sure her guests are happy and comfortable. I was in Tupelo for business and this place was quiet and peaceful after long days at work. I’ll definitely stay here again if my travels take me back to Tupelo.

This is a cozy and comfortable place to stay— close to downtown and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Sparkling clean and peaceful place with a full kitchen and a super comfy bed.

The cottage is exactly as described, when you walk in it is like you are someplace familiar. Since I grew up in New Albany, in a way, it was. Don't look at this on a map and be fooled - the cottage is just off a major traffic artery and you will be a very few minutes from any part of town. Tracye is a great host, and she and her family went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I go back to this area several times a year, and this will be my new go-to place to stay.

Tracye’s place is a very tidy and comfortable. I really enjoyed using the covered carport. Both Tracye and her husband were both very friendly and yet allowed me my privacy while there. You won’t be disappointed!

This was a very nice place to stay. It slept four comfortably. Kathy was great to work with and left lots of things you might forget and need. There were horses next door but beware...there is an electric fence there now. The place was clean. There were no major issues for us during our stay. The back screened in porch is a wonderful area to hang out in the evening when the air is cooler. Thanks for your help Kathy!

Really nice house and far more than you'd expect for the money. Really enjoyed my stay.

Kathy was great to work with. We felt as if we were at home. Her response time was great and she answered all of our questions and accommodations. She left books for our kids to read and enjoy. The screened in porch is huge and a great place for family to gather without having to worry about bugs. The front yard is a beautiful place for kids to play without the worry of a really busy road. The porch swings were great for relaxing and enjoying the weather. Her thoughtful touch of things you forget to pack on a trip was wonderful. She filled us in on local events going on and also gave us directions to grocery stores and places to eat. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here!

Cagle Place is a comfortable cabin with lots of space for a large family or for hanging out with family and friends! We loved our experience!

This was a great place. It sleeps seven comfortably. Kathy had considered all our needs and left generous provisions. The children enjoyed the neighbor's horses. The place was clean. We had no issues whatsoever. I recommend the Cagle Place to all.

Bonnie's place is in a great part of town, convenient to everything and is a great place to stay while in Tupelo. She was responsive, the place was awesome and clean and we will definitely stay here again!

WOW! Bonnie's home is the cutest little place! It is very clean and very welcoming. She has everything you could possibly need for your stay! My friend and I drove to town for a concert and needed somewhere to stay for the night and we were more than impressed! Check-in was very easy and the same for check-out. But, if you are a light sleeper, BEWARE of the train!! Even though the house is pretty far from the train tracks, the trains that go by feel the need to honk their horns an excessive amount throughout the night. But, Bonnie being the super host that she is has the house fully equipped with earplugs, which helped me sleep much better than I would have without them. Despite the train, I can say with total confidence that I will definitely be coming back here again!

Bonnie’s house is very unique; a one of a kind home! It’s decorated in the coolest way while also staying true to the origins of the house. It’s very cool! The beds are super comfortable, and there’s plenty of room to spread out in the living room. The bathrooms are quite large too, especially the master bedroom shower. Also, Bonnie is an excellent host! Aside from all of the special & stylish touches throughout the house, we weren’t sure how to use the gas fireplaces, and she was nice enough to swing by and help us kind of late in the evening. She’s really terrific! I look forward to staying at Bonnie’s again in the future.

This lovely house was perfect for us! We were close enough to walk downtown, but it was also nice just to stay in with board games, fires, and warm drinks. Bonnie left detailed information with dining suggestions and was a great host!

Bonnie’s place was super nice. She was great at communicating, and the house was great! You can tell she’s done a lot to renovate the home. It was very spacious and had a lot of character.

My father and I stayed at Bonnie’s cottage during our recent trip to Tupelo. Out of the places we’ve stayed previously, Bonnie’s was definitely the best! The kitchen pantry was stocked with essential cooking needs that Bonnie graciously allows her guests to use; the living spaces were decorated and equipped with nice blankets; and the bathrooms were sparkling clean! Before arriving, we were only slightly concerned about the train that others have mentioned in reviews. Yes, the tracks are within a block or two of this house, and yes, they blow their horns for safety when passing by the road. However, Bonnie thoughtfully supplies ear plugs for guests that sleep more fitfully, and after a few nights, we were totally accustomed to the trains, and slept soundly the whole night through! (One prior guest mentioned that these trains go through at all hours of the night: out of our 7-night stay, we did not experience any that rolled by after midnight or before 6 AM.) We loved the location and spaciousness of this entire house, and hope sincerely that it’s available for our annual trip next February!!

What a great place to stay with wonderful super hosts! Trace Rest is a lovely place to stay, relax, & enjoy the setting! Country location that offers sightings of deer & today, wild turkeys. Very picturesque! So cool. Lovely spacious indoor accommodations & is as it is described. This is my “go to” place when visiting the area of Saltillo/Tupelo.

Gorgeous home!! We felt cosy and comfortable as soon as we arrived. Lesia is super friendly and Great conversation. The house is decorated really beautifully and super creative. She has a great taste in art and pottery. The space is super clean, and great if you want to cook. She has a really cute outside cat, and the neighborhood is perfect for jogging. We were in town to see Elvis‘ birthplace, and her roommate invited us to an Ole Miss game, which was an unforgettable experience. I would definitely stay again!

When I arrived, Lesia, 2 long-term AirBnB boarders, her daughter & son-in-law were all sitting in the great room eating ice cream, talking & laughing. They invited me to join them & actively engaged me into their conversation. It felt like a very pleasant family get-together. My room shared a bathroom with one of the boarders, but it wasn’t an issue at all as he was up & out (long before I woke up at 6:30). House is very quiet at night, backs up to heavy woods. No traffic sounds. Great parking arrangements. Large bathroom with huge tub/shower. Unfortunately, I had to hit the road early, or I certainly would’ve taken up Lesia on the coffee chat before I left. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Tupelo.

Lesia was a great hostess. She was there to meet me, shared food she had with me, and had lots of fun artwork to talk about. The house us in a beautiful area with lots of trees. I enjoyed talking with her. Although she also has long-term Airbnb guests, she certainly was great to me for the one day I was there. Would definitely recommend.

If you`re in Tupelo and you need a cool spot to relax Try Lesia`s place. Its right in between the the mall and downtown but on a secluded street in a safe and quiet neighborhood. She is an excellent host and can give you any information abt the area you might need. Not just tourist information but real estate , car repair , etc she has deep ties in the community . I would absolutely stay here again

A great place where I wish I could have stayed longer. I was only in Tupelo for a short stay. The only thing I regret is not getting to stay for a few nights more! Great space! Wonderful location in the shadow of Bancorp South Arena.

It’s a very peaceful place to stay. Plenty of space. Everything was clean. There is no WiFi, so bring books, games, or cards. Pack your bar soap too. Hand soap is provided, not bath soap. It’s a convenient location to Ole Miss.

Don & Beckie were great hosts for our extended stay in the Tupelo area! The guesthouse offers not only all the needed amenities for an extended stay but also is located in a beautiful country setting close to Tupelo. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there & plan to make the guesthouse our lodging place for future visits!

Don's place is spacious and has everything you need to be comfortable. He is a good host and takes pains to explain everything. It is in the country, so it is quiet evening and morning. Not far from the Trace, it is convenient for travelers on that route, and is also near Oxford for those going to games or other university events.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice, clean space that made us feel right at home. If we are ever in Tupelo again for the night...we will definitely stay here!

This home was absolutely as beautiful as the pictures. Everything was sparkling clean, and Deborah has done a great job decorating and making it feel like home to anyone who visits. We loved having space to relax, and we appreciated the goodies she left for us to enjoy. It was in the downtown area and close to the local aquatic center, which was perfect for us since we were visiting for a swim meet. Thanks Deborah for lending us your beautiful home for the weekend!

This home is beautiful. Situated in the Historic Mill Village, which is walking distance to down town. I personally enjoyed listening to the rain on the comfortable screened in porch! Deborah is very quick to respond to requests and had done an amazing job making this home cozy for any future guests.

Absolutely amazing, clean, cheap, and worth every dime being worth your time.

We arrived in Tupelo with high expectations, and they were all exceeded. The outside landscape provides a wonderful respite, while the beautiful design and decor of the home led us to wander from room to room just taking in all of the work Deborah has put in. She even had coffee, water, and bagels waiting for us! The train never bothered us, and if we hadn't gotten in trouble with the family we were visiting for not staying with them, we would book this house every time we were in the area.

We were in town for a wedding at he Cotton Mill and our place was a 30 second walk from the venue, it was awesome!

This is a wonderful place. We couldn't recommend it more highly. The amenities are excellent, the hostess is thoughtful and responsive, and the cottage is spotless. The neighborhood is historically interesting. Yes, trains run nearby, but we were not bothered by the noise. We felt safe and happy here and hope to return some day.

Chris’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway. Very cute and perfect proximity to walk to most things downtown. Space heaters did the trick to keep it warm despite the chilly air outside. Would certainly stay here again next time we’re in Tupelo.

This adorable little cottage was the perfect size for two of us and was walking distance to dinner down on Main Street and coffee in the morning at Strange Brew. Chris’s place is absolutely enchanting! My husband and I stayed there for a weekend visit to Tupelo but wished we could have stayed longer. The space is sparkling clean and stylishly decorated with everything we could need during our visit. Swimming in the pool was a welcome treat. I was fortunate to meet Chris and get a tour of the main house that he is lovingly restoring. With his passion for old homes and his creative eye, it will no doubt be a showstopper too! I definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Tupelo!

Mr. Henry is the most thoughtful and polite host, not to mention the perks of him owning Margarites fine chocolate in Tupelo, MS! Communication was great, attention to detail, considerate, and attentive! Chocolate covered strawberries are his specialty! His home is great, perfect location, clean, everything convenient, and the nicest host! A MUST!!!👍👍!!

perfect in every was. our family suffered the loss of 4 family members this past year. with that came a lot of heart ache. after 2 night sitting by the outdoor fire, and using way more fire wood than we expected to be available, we all left on sunday closer and laughing. i credit the beautiful surrounding and tranquil atmosphere of this cabin. we are already planning our next stay here. thank you chris.

The rental is such a relaxing experience. The location is perfect for those seeking some R&R away from crowds but only a few minutes drive from downtown Tupelo.

A quick drive to everything, this house is clean and comfortable. The beds and linens are all way above average and the description was spot on. We appreciated the quick communications and the more than accommodating hosts.

Van and Sharon were wonderful hosts. They allowed privacy and trust. The place was clean, stocked with extra bedding, towels, soap etc. The kitchen is fully functional, I cooked several meals for 5 during my stay. WAsher/dryer so I had no laundry when I got home. Plenty of hot water. Highly recommended. I’ll be staying again as I make several trips to Tupelo. Thanks Van and Sharon.

Clean, spacious house a quick drive from Tupelo. There were only three of us, but there was plenty of room for a larger family. Very easy to find even after dark. Good communication from host. Enjoyed our stay.

Our second wonderful stay at such a clean, warm, comfy, and cozy cottage. So peaceful, private and quiet.

Clean and spacious for us and our 3 babies. The garage was definitely a plus since it rained the entire time we were there.
