Feel good, relax, slow down, chill out, go hiking, go fishing – everything is possible here. The reservoir is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Around the lake, you can experience untouched nature. Greiz and Elsterberg, with all their shopping options, are a 10-minute drive away. The distance to Plauen and Reichenbach is 20 minutes by car.

In winter, the ski resorts of Schöneck, Mühlleiten and Klingenthal invite you to ski.

The apartment is modernly furnished with all necessary household items, smoking is prohibited throughout the property.
