Surroundings: Just a few kilometres from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the Hinsbeck district. Hinsbeck and neighbouring Leuth make Nettetal a state-recognised resort. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities. Supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Motorway 61 is about 8 km away. Kaldenkirchen Train Station is about 7 km away. From there, you can reach Venlo directly via the Dutch border and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have been delighted to welcome our guests, from the family with children, through nature lovers to the assembly worker, everyone who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms on about 60 m². Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bathroom/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, linens and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are just as welcome guests as your pet. Our nice apartment is located 10 minutes from the centre of Roermond and outlet center and has all the comforts. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including washing machine) and sunny living room with open kitchen equipped with all equipment. You can enjoy your stay with us in a cozy 2 room apartment with a view of Lake Venekoten. The surrounding area invites you to numerous hiking or cycling tours, also with your four-legged friend. Our lovingly restored apartments are located in a former barn of our Bioland farm. The 300-year-old farm is located in the middle of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette Nature Park. In the immediate vicinity is the Borner See and the Hariksee. We cultivate permanent grassland with a herd of suckler cows, consisting of about 20 animals, which spend the summer on the pastures. Our farm includes our friendly dog called Costa.
