Swallow House

The Swallow House is an accommodation located in the historical center of Fermo, close to the square and the main museums. A few minutes walk and you are in the most important area of the city, full of events. It is located near the bus stop, 7 km from the sea and the station, a short distance from the A14 towards both South (8 km) and North (15 km). A few meters away there is a parking lot with hourly disk, just further away there is a free 24 h maxi parking.

Fantastic recently renovated apartment located in the countryside just 2km from the sea, with sea view. The apartment has an outdoor courtyard with ample space for eating and relaxing outdoors, an equipped kitchen, a large double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and washing machine and a lounge with TV. Possibility of parking inside the farmhouse. To access the house there is an unpaved road. Animals are welcome!
