Luigi was an excellent host! Although we didn't have chance to spend a lot of time with him and his family, they were very welcoming, friendly and helped us out if we ever had a problem. Luigi also gave us a lot of suggestions on where to visit whilst in lima which was very helpful! The house was lovely and clean, although we were in lima during a really hot period (30 or so degrees with no breeze in our room and no fan) so we were very hot!!! Thank you Luigi and family!

My mother and I only stayed one day at Luigi's and most of it was spent in bed as my Mom got a bit of travel sickness. However, Luigi's and his parents were extremely attentive and helpful. Even when I realized late at night that our flight was at 7am not 11 as I'd previously thought they took the time to make sure we prepared and not stressed out. I'd definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in Lima.

Luigi's place is great! Perfectly located in Miraflores so that walking anywhere is doable! Luigi is very accommodating to anything you may need. And his father even is willing to drive you to the airport. Luigi is very helpful with orienting you to Lima and gives great suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Definitely recommend!

Luigi's place is very clean and tidy, the rooms are large and the location is good. We didn't meet Luigi but his mother is friendly and helpful. We had a little difficulty finding the address as the pin in the map location directions is wrong but the address in the confirmation email is correct. There is a bit of traffic noise in the bedroom, heavier curtains may help dampen the noise.

Antonio and his family were very welcoming and he went to the extra effort to make special arrangements for us to communicate with his son should we need anything as we speak very minimal Spanish! We felt safe and comfortable here.

Antonio's place is great. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything (about a 5 minute walk to Larcomar, with all the shops and food and about a 10 minute walk to Parque Kennedy, the heart of Miraflores), but secluded enough so you won't be bothered by the constant sounds of traffic and horns. The building is very modern, similar to what you'd expect in an upper class condo in America is like, the 24 hour concierge was great and definitely adds to the secure feeling. The room itself was very clean and well equipped. Antonio and his family were very sincere and welcoming people and were great hosts. I would recommend this room to anyone! If you're looking for a room in the Miraflores area, this is it!

Good location near historic sites in Miraflores

I liked the owners empathy for our comfort, we arrived before the check out, we were tired and could happily greet us. In the shower he had shampoo and loaned us towels. Very comfortable beds and clean. To improve, perhaps enable a fan. At night it was very hot (typical of Lima) and slept with the door open so there was an air stream. Thank you so much for everything :)

Location! In the heart of Miraflores, the tourist area. Luis and his girlfriend were warm and hospitable. They allowed a early check in and a late check out. Good views from the window of their 17th floor gated apartment. Hassle free check in. The best part is Napoleon, their pet who would liven up your travel weary day. Would definitely recommend!

Sara was a nice host and communication on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) was easy. The location is perfect, Miraflores has the most restaurants and conveniences. Having your own apartment + entrance for this price is hard to find, it was a good stay. You can hear some traffic noise in living room but this is the same everywhere in Miraflores; bedroom was nice and quiet.

Great stay. Even though my flight arrived at midnight and I only booked a day in advance, Sara was very accomodating, even staying awake to give me the keys. Omg, where do I start?!?! Manolo was amazing! We were supposed to arrive at 10pm but we arrived at 5:30am due to airport issues. He arranged for the driver that he provided to be at the airport waiting for us then (the driver was 25.00 dollars but worth it). When we arrived the driver put us in a bigger room then the one I initially picked. Manolo had water waiting for us in the room, WiFi info and a key to the room and apartment. There was also a key to lock the dresser drawers in the room if you wanted to leave anything important. The next morning Manolo was so helpful. He had a list of restaurants that he gave us and told us where to go to see sites in Miraflores and Barranco. The apartment was clean and has cable too. We forgot to buy adapters to charge our phones so I asked Manolo where we could buy 1 he said that he'd take care of it. Later that day when we returned to the apartment he had not 1 but 2 adapters for my brother and I to use during our stay. The apartment is practically near everything and a cab was fairly cheap but we used uber to places that we didn't want to walk to so that we could save our soles. The night before we left Manolo gave us homemade chocolates and they were delicious. The next day our flight was cancelled and I contacted Manolo to see if we could come back and even though it was last minute he said sure. We decided to stay closer to the airport instead but Manolo still checked to see if we were ok. I really appreciated that and we really enjoyed staying at Manolo's and I'd stay again if I go back to Peru.

The apartment has a very good location, near groceries (Vivanda), store to acquire 4g chip (Claro) and places to exchange money. It's located in a very good and safety neighborhood, that allows you to reach Malecon by walking. The bedroom and bathroom were nice, large and comfortable, with a good view of Jose Pardo Avenue and the sea. Manolo was very helpful from the begining and arranged a driver to pick us up in the airport (but it isn´t a problem to get a cabe in Lima). At his home he was waiting and gave us a lote of tips about the city, places to go and where we could find a good rate to exchange the money. He let us very comfortable at his place! We hope that the building manager gets more permissive about Airbnb hosts to avoid any inconvenient that might happen.

Everything was excellent (attention, apartment, comfort, location). I really have no complaints. If I return to Lima probably I will try to stay here again.

We had a comfortable stay in Manolo's house. Although we didn't meet Manolo, but he is very responsive and answered all of our questions by text. The room is spacious and clean and looks likes the photos. Same with the house. It is a family house which offers 3 rooms to travellers so it looks like you are staying in a friends house with all the comfort and amenities a home can offer. The only problem is your friend and his family are not there. Also from the ad on airbnb I got this impression that the room has an air-condition and I thought we will need it the summer heat of Lima, but I didn't see any aircon. However it was not a problem at all as Lima is not hot at all and it was pretty cool at night. Overall a good stay and value for money.

Although Manolo was not in Miraflores at the time, he was easily accessible via airbnb msging. He made sure our stay was comfortable. The listing is pretty accurate and has a nice view from the 15th floor, just about a 15min walk from the ocean. The room and kitchen were clean and we had a nice time.

I really enjoyed staying @ Manolo's place in Miraflores. His mother is the one who actually takes care of the place and lives there. She was incredibly helpful, and gave me great recommendations, directions, and calling a cab early one morning. I had a great breakfast, and really enjoyed my stay. I would recommend staying here if your looking for a quiet place located in downtown Miraflores. I wouldn't call it a "scenic ocean view," but it's still nice being a little above the city.

The place is amazing, very comfortable and it shows that took all guards to facilitate your stay (there are available PC and printer, hair dryer, brushes for shoes, etc.) Each room has its own bathroom and the location is very good , close to Malecon and easy access to public transport. In addition, the rooms have small books that give you indications both transport and important places.

Very nice view from the terrace! Near the beach. Everything necessary is close by. The pick up from the airport was awesome after 28hours of travelling! :) The flat is clean and the kitchen has got all the basics. Unfortunately we didn't meet Domenico himself, but his friend picked us up and perfectly explained everything to us. We would recommend to stay at Domenico's if you visit Lima:) Milaflores is a really nice neighbourhood.

Great experience Domenico gave us very useful tips when we arrived and even when there was no water in Lima (due to the heavy rains that occured in the north of Peru, which was very uncommon) he promptly provide us with water for the basic nesseities, luckily the water arrived on the second day, we definitely recommend him excellent host, also he allowed us to use the kitchen for preparing breakfast on the morning which was a huge plus for me and my wife :-D.

It was our first experience renting shared apartments, and really was very positive. The apartment is very comfortable and very gracious hosts. The only criticism I can make is that readdress the policy of chargin(URL HIDDEN)extra per day to children under 2 years not occupying a bed, because the system makes it very clear that these children do not pay, because loading data reserve the same system excludes as guests babies. Another is the issue of replacement of towels. The rest very well.

Overall we had a good stay with Karen and Manolo. The place looks just like the pictures. We loved the location and felt safe walking around at any time of the day. Besides, restaurants and other stores close by, it's also really useful that a grocery store/ market is really close as well. Unfortunately, we did have a situation that compromised our stay a bit in terms of convenience; but Manolo made an obvious effort to make up for it ,so I won't even leave specifics about that because I think it was a lesson well learned. - kitchen was well equipped and fridge has clear storage/ shelfs for the guests in the place. - washer/dryer was really useful for us, and much appreciated. - overall besides the previously mentioned mishap, the communication was fast and efficient. They have a resourceful/ humorous guide binder in the room to also help guests out. - we loved the window and view from the room as it gave us the chance to just relax and look at the activity outside on the avenue. - overall I would recommend this place to whoever is looking around the miraflores area and would like to be in a good location to everything.

I had multiple stays with my family who visited me in Lima. They have never been outside of Europe before so they are a little afraid of trying new things, but when we came to the apartment of Manolo and Karen they felt completely safe. There is everything you need for a very cozy vacation, in the best area of Lima to enjoy restaurants shopping and so forth. 5 star air bnb, and it comes with a view of the ocean and the city! This was the second time I stayed in one of Karen and Manolo's units. I was so satisfied the first time that I couldn't wait to rent from them again! The room and apartment were beautifully decorated with a lot of natural light. Centrally located with a lot of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Although I never met Manolo, he was very accessible by phone and extremely easy to work with throughout the whole stay. He also gave my friend and I some outstanding food recommendations. I would highly recommend staying at one of Karen and Manolo's places. You will truly have an amazing time!

This place was great! So close to everything, and Cecelia and her husband Manuel were very accommodating. Couldn't have asked for a better place. We actually extended a few nights because we liked the spot so much!

Apartment correct, very good wi-fi and hot water. 10 min walk to Kennedy Park and Larcomar Secure residence by guards. We had some cold drinks (sodas, beer, water) rather pleasant in the heat of Lima. Two fans. Good food, well equipped. However the bathroom is very narrow (hard to sneak to the toilet with the sink and shower) attention to the big guys. Cecilia offered to pick us up at the airport, which we accept Disagreement on price was thought to 30Soles but we demanded this sum in dollars which is equivalent to almost 100soles We then an official taxi calls you at most 50 / 60soles. It was the only small problem during our stay. We were repaid by Cecilia Following the misunderstanding.

The apartment is perfect, good distribution, good size, good location etc ... The only big problem is the noise at night, since the apartment is located on the driveway of the building so that every time someone wants enter or exit must climb the metal curtain parking, which makes a lot of noise not allowing sleep.

I was 10 days in the department. All very well. It is very spacious, well equipped and very well located. The furniture in very good condition, as pictured. Highly recommended, would return without hesitation

This is a beautiful modern apartment in the best part of Lima near all the most popular locations. Fortunately the other reviews were accurate about the noise of the garage door immediately below the bedroom. If I had not read about it in the reviews I would have been quite upset. However, since I was fairly warned I was able to adjust my expectations accordingly. I will definitely stay here next time that I am in Lima. :-)

The place is centrally located, close to shops, nightlife, walking distance to the beach however, I couldn't sleep the whole night due to the street noise from drivers honking their vehicle horns constantly regardless of the hour. We also had to sleep with the windows open, I suggest placing a fan in the room and lastly, this room in my opinion is suitable for just one person not too. Kitchen was dirty didn't feel like even making coffee.

This apartment is extremely well located in Miraflores within walking distance of the ocean bluffs, Incan ruins, shopping and great food. The apartment is very clean, though the high humidity in Lima gave the back room a mild mustiness - this didn't really bother me but my boyfriend noticed it. The apartment is nicely decorated, and perfect if you have a modern style. We dealt with Italo for the key hand-offs and he was not only nice, but super accommodating when we asked to leave our bags after check-out. The building staff are also very helpful, offering restaurant recommendations, hailing taxis, etc even though we spoke horrible broken Spanish. The roof top terrace and pool are also huge bonuses but you can only use them until 10pm which we found out the hard way when security came to collect us. Overall, I recommend staying here.

One warning: the walls are very thin and the noise transfers quickly. We had security come to knock because someone complained that we had the tv on too loud. I disagreed but since we were only there for one night, I didn't complain.

The truth is that the place met all my expectations, both at home comforts, with all the equipment available and spaces for a comfortable stay. In my time for work, left early in the morning and afternoon then came to rest is a quiet place with good access to get to anywhere in Lima. Quiet and with good internet, no doubt to tourism, the best location for eating out and safety on public roads. I hope to return in the future.

The department is well equipped and has beautiful views of the Pacific. It is very comfortable for 4 people with all that Roxana described in the presentation department. The setting is wonderful. Miraflores is a landscaped neighborhood with multiple services, close to everything on foot. Roxana communicated several times to worry about our stay but we walk while only saw us once. It is a very friendly and willing person. For my 16 year old daughter was his first trip and was fascinated with the place. We made a beautiful hike along the boardwalk and enjoyed the sunset together. Unforgettable! Return sooner than expected and, if Roxana, occurs, go to your apartment. Thank you very much !!

We enjoyed our stay, the location was really good and we were able to get around just by walking. The is a 24/7 security so we felt really save. Rafael was a communicative and friendly person. We would stay again.

The apartment is located in the heart of miraflores at 5 minutes by foot from Kennedy's Park. It is a bit noisy because it is located next to a main street. The host was very kind and nice and there were no problem with our late check in. He also kept our luggage on the day of check out until our departure from Lima. I truly recommend this house because it is an awesome alternative to the hostels at Lima and the price is fair
