great place to travel with your whole family. The big rooms and the beds are very comfortable. Enough bathrooms for everyone! the only problem, I would have preferred to have a dining table.

The house provides everything it says in its description and good service from the hosts.

I had a problem and Ursula bent over backwards to help me resolve it. She is extremely helpful and if she was a Boy Scout in the United States, she would be Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean and Reverent! And her trusty side-kick Lourdes is a bucket of smiles all day long, and a good cook. Thanks, Ursula! Thanks, Lourdes!

The house is big, comfortable and close to the sea. The hostess was very friendly and attentive, very willing to help us. We really liked it and look forward to coming back.

The key handover with Judith and Hernan was pleasant and easy to arrange. They were very helpful and keen to ensure everything was in order. The house I found in great condition, although the water pressure in the shower is a little low. Leafy, peaceful San Isidro is the best part of Lima to stay in, in my experience. The house is close to a main thoroughfare but not too noisy. I was slightly surprised that the inner part of the house is open to the elements but I gather this is normal for Peru and the climate inside was pleasant. The house has unused service quarters on the roof, where the washing machine can be found. I plan to visit Lima again one day and I would certainly rebook this place.

The spectacular view, the apartment was a ppco chico, but we managed to accommodate ourselves. I think for 3 people it would be nice, for 4 not so comfortable anymore, but overall the experience was good and the communication with Sisley was quick and friendly. Recommended place. Hope to be back soon

Nice cozy apartment in a super good area right next to parque Kennedy. I had a small problem checking in but it was resolved quickly. The apartment is nice and clean with a good view of the Avenida from the balcony. One really good thing about the place is that is has super good airflow, there's a constant breeze running through which is pretty much necessary if you're in lima during summer. There's two big tvs, full kitchen and the lobby staff is nice and helpful, the roof pool is also worth checking out. Ana Maria responds fairly quickly and worked to resolve any issue, for example in the listing it said that there was washer/dryer access and I later learned that it was no longer available at that building so she gave me a number for a service that does your laundry for you and delivers it to you when finished. Would definitely stay here again.

It has a good location, the place is like the photos. Very nice and more in the family due to the spaces, for my doubts the host had quick responses and his instructions were clear at all times. Excellent place

Modern, clean, and great location! Given that the apt is street-facing, it is a bit noisy. However, the place is conveniently located, furniture felt new and clean, it’s pet-friendly, and has a great view from the roof-top (don’t be like us who went to explore it a day prior to check out 😅 Make sure to enjoy the roof top since day 1!). Would definitely recommend!

This residence is situated within a very walkable and safe area of Lima. The interior design was stunning and captured the true essence of Peruvian culture. The private courtyard extended the space outdoors. We'll readily seek to return here when we are back in Lima.

We absolutely loved our Airbnb in Lima! It was in a beautiful and convenient location. 24 hour security was great! Javier had all the appliances we needed, including dishwasher which most houses don’t have in Peru. Although we had many things in our itinerary, we reserved the time to see the sunset at the house because of the views. There is a beautiful coffee shop across the street to take in the views too. I strongly recommend getting this place, I would stay again!

I stayed at Ales's Spanish Colonial style apartment in Miraflores for 3 nights in December 2025. The highlight of this stay was definitely in the details -- the french doors are incredibly chic, the decor is tasteful, and the linens were a luxurious touch. Very lovely vintage glassware and nice smelling soaps. It felt private and secluded from the rest of bustling Miraflores, which was so needed after a busy day of exploring Lima. Neighborhood has great restaurants and easy access to Lima's finest via taxi or walking. I do want to make note that this apartment is partially open-air. The kitchen and bathroom are connected to the sleeping room via courtyard with partial covering. This allows for lovely fresh air and sunlight, but also the occasional bird or bug hanging around. With that being said, the bedroom door when closed is perfectly safe from the elements. If you are sensitive to being that close to "nature", then I wouldn't suggest this stay.

Would totally stay here again! Recommend it!
