Excellent lodging in chinese house. He is very friendly and always willing to help you. The breakfasts were delicious. The house has all the comforts and also lend you umbrellas for the beach. It's super close walking to the beach and restaurants. Definitely recommended. Thank you !!

The location is unbeatable, close to everything, it is a central area close to the metro station, restaurants, shopping centers and very close to districts such as Miraflores and Barranco. Pachi is an excellent host. When I go back to Lima for sure I'll take the room again

From the beginning, communication with Carmen was very easy and helped me organize airport transfers. Mrs. Versi and Mary are very friendly and made us feel right at home. I felt comfortable, it offers the entire space just like the photos... nothing was missing. The bed is super comfortable, everything was very clean, the shower is perfect… Everything is conditioned for a good stay. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, the sea is close and the area is super quiet and safe. If you, or your companion like the photos in the mirror, the bathroom mirror complemented by its lights is beautiful. I recommend Julio's space and I appreciate his warmth throughout my stay.
