Located in the middle of the vineyards in the south of the Charente Maritime, the cottage has been renovated while thinking about your comfort. We preserve its old character by keeping the old wooden frames as well as the rubble walls. You will find 3 bedrooms for 6 people and a heated swimming pool. Aubeterre sur Dronne, Saint Emilion, among the most beautiful villages in France are to be discovered.

Gîte de Laplagnotte

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or three couples maximum can be accommodated. Sheets, beds and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

We welcome you to a former windmill dating from the 18th century, fully restored and located in the heart of the Médoc. It consists of 2 levels and can accommodate 2 people. The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.

Lodge on the water in Dordogne

A floating lodge, lost in the middle of a private pond in the middle of nature. Here, no neighbors, no noise, just water, calm and koi carp gliding beneath your feet. A spectacular 200 year old barn, given a modern conversion. Bois Blanc is set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. The Barn has a cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, a decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
