Relax in this unique and tranquil space. The studio is located on the ground floor of a character house in the village of Linguizzetta, because of its position it offers unobstructed views of a panorama from the mountain to the sea with opposite the island of Monte Cristo, The village is at an altitude of 380 m and 12 km from the sea and shops. a kitchenette area and a shower room complete this 16 m2 studio. From the terrace the view and access( by a staircase about 3 meters away) are direct. The apartment is air-conditioned for real comfort summer and winter. Wifi, TV, washing machine. The location close to the village and the port allows you to walk to enjoy the shops and nightlife. The apartment is on the ground floor of the house and is adjoining another apartment separated by a wall. From May to October the apartment is rented from Saturday to Saturday.
