In front of the door is a traffic-free zone, so there is no nuisance of passing traffic. Everything you need can be found literally in the street: shops, restaurants, supermarket (opposite the apartment), good atmosphere, cozy people, entertainment and public transportation. This beautiful historic apartment is located in the center of the popular Bottendaal district. All amenities are nearby. The center is within walking distance (5 minutes) and the apartment is located around the corner from Nijmegen Central Station (2 min). Only paid parking is possible in the street. Free parking is 10 minutes' walk away. Within 2 minutes' walking distance, you can park for 11 euros a day (Keizerkarelpleingarage).

The house is contemporary decorated overlooking the water. There are 5 different terraces including 2 cozy porches. The bathroom with a rain shower experience the guests as a wellness area.
