Beachfront studio

25 m² studio located on the 1st floor of a residence without elevator. Beach opposite the residence (courtyard side window). Free street parking, secure common courtyard to put your bike. The bed (140 × 200 cm) is made on your arrival, provision of a bath towel and a hand towel per person (regardless of the length of your stay). Monday to Friday, access to the studio is possible from 6pm. Saturdays and Sundays from 3pm. Checkout is at 10:30 a.m. ⚠️ No Wi-Fi

The studio is located on the ground floor with a common garden area in the residence. It consists of a 140 x 200 bed changed in May 2025, an equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto pod machine, toaster... Opposite the residence: beach, casino, restaurant, thalassotherapy institute, sailing club. Close to the city center and all amenities, Juno Beach (DDAY) is 500 meters from the accommodation. Free public parking (20 meters away) is located right next to the accommodation (places always available on the perpendicular street, Rue de l'Ancien Havre, in case the parking lot is full).
