Located on the top floor without an elevator with a wide staircase and its own private parking space, this bright apartment is in a maintained and overlooked residence, it has a separate bedroom, a sofa bed and an umbrella bed. Close to all shops, the port and the 4-lane road connecting to Caen. Every Friday morning, a market is set up with its local products a 10-minute walk away. I live 7 minutes away by car if needed. P.S.: Bed linens and bath linens are provided.

25 m² studio located on the 1st floor of a residence without elevator. Beach opposite the residence (courtyard side window). Free street parking, secure common courtyard to put your bike. The bed (140 × 200 cm) is made on your arrival, provision of a bath towel and a hand towel per person (regardless of the length of your stay). Monday to Friday, access to the studio is possible from 6pm. Saturdays and Sundays from 3pm. Checkout is at 10:30 a.m. ⚠️ No Wi-Fi

It's a peaceful oasis Between Courseulles and Ouistreham, my small 25 m2 refurbished apartment offers you real tranquility. Small feature: the bathroom is narrow and access to the bathtub can be difficult for people with mobility difficulties. Saint Aubin-sur-Mer is a family village where the living is good. The environment is very quiet and access to the sea is a stone's throw away (50 meters). And if you love history, you've come to the right place.
