Very cosy garden, private swimming pool (6x3m) , spacious solarium with beautiful views, private parking. Around you will find several cities: Alicante (airport 30 min.), Moose, Santa Pola, Quesada (8 min.), Torrevieja, Guardamar. Several resto and clubhouse nearby. Settle down in one of the lovely corners in Moai.

Modern apartment in Quesada High st which has been newly renovated to a high standard. There is a secured private entrance for golf clubs,bikes and luggage etc. The bathroom has an extended shower plate and the shower has also has the detachable spray end. The large living room is combined with the integrated kitchen, new, large comfortable double sofa bed. From the lounge you can access the terrace with views of the high street. The master bedroom has a very nice king size bed and wardrobe/unit

This beautiful penthouse is equipped with all the necessary comfort and has airconditioning in all rooms. The cherry on the cake is the solarium with a breathtaking view, an outdoor kitchen and dining and lounge area. From here you have a 270 degree view on the golf, the mountains and the villages around you. The communal swimming pool is a bonus. The apartment is suitable for 4 people (can be expanded to 5 or 6 via the sofa bed). A great place to relax, play golf or enjoy family trips!
