We had a wonderful week in Ship Bottom. Jenei is very responsive and went out of her way to make sure that we had what we needed. The apartment is an easy walk to a beautiful beach.

Jenei is a wonderful host and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay in ship bottom, I really recommend her or any of her properties.

Jenei has recently purchased this beach house and is working on renovating it. Some Windows are missing blinds and some are non working (one in each bedroom) which gives no privacy. Unacceptable for myself and family. Had to hang sheets over bedroom windows for privacy. Washer/dryer left marks on clothing and we noticed marks on the sheets and pillow cases so this apparently has been ongoing issue. do not use until it is guaranteed that it is fixed. Bring you own paper products as they are not supplied, this includes toilet paper. Kitchen and bathroom have been updated. No problem with parking onsite. Convenient location to beach and restaurants, all walkable.

We had a very good time at Jenei's house. The place is very private, comfortable and has everything you need. Convenient location: less than 5 minutes walk to a great seafood restaurant and wine store, 7-10 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the grocery store. Check in and out was very easy and flexible, you would be lucky if you see your host once, tough she lives upstairs. I would come back. Thank you Jenei!

The duplex was clean and quiet. There was plenty of comfortable furniture and storage space. The kitchen was very well supplied, the dishwasher and blender were a big plus! Bathroom was small but well supplied; plus there was an outdoor shower. Jenei lives upstairs; she always responded to our texts and completely respected our privacy. Beach was 3 blocks away, not bad walking if you don't have a lot to carry. We ended up driving our car to the beach, dropped off our stuff, and had 1 person walk back from the rental. My college age children were happy with the wifi in the rental and the waves at the beach. Enough restaurants close by to keep us happy and well fed. Jenei is new to the rental business and she is off to a great start! We would definitely rent again if we have the chance.

We had a great time, the house was clean and very comfortable, as well as being conveniently close to the beach. Also put great use to the front porch and fire pit area in the back!

Jenei was easy to coordinate with, helpful, and welcoming when we arrived. The place looks just like the pictures - it is the bottom floor of a two story home. We had a great time and the location worked well - a few blocks from the beach, a great bagel place, a handful of restaurants, and very close to the bay. What you don't see in the pictures is the front porch and outside deck/grill, both of which we used and made the experience even better. Would definitely go back.

Stay was great. Communicated with Liz and her husband weeks before check in and all the way up to the morning of. Stayed in the winter but excellent for weddings on Bonnet Island as well as summers at the beach. Strongly recommend.

This place was great for a last minute booking! It was more than enough space for myself - actually I can see 4 to 6 people comfortably staying here, as the couch also pulls out. The beds were comfortable and Liz really went above to make sure I had everything I needed. When I arrived and didn't find any pillows for the bed, she had a neighbor stop by within 20 minutes to bring me some. This same neighbor also gave me a beach chair which was really appreciated, as I forgot my own. Liz's home was comfortable and decorated very cute! It's a great place to get away solo (like I did) or to entertain a small group with all the available outdoor space. The general area is fantastic: short walk to How you Brewin? for coffee, about 4 houses from the beach, 5 minute walk to the Gateway or The Arlington for Happy Hour drinks, across the street from Greenhouse and numerous shops; really the perfect locale. Overall this was a fantastic last minute getaway for me and I'm so happy that I was able to experience it.

The house was perfect for my daughters and I. It was clean, cute and in a great location. Liz was so easy to reach and getting in and around was super simple. We had a blast and would definitely go back!

Rocco's place is in a great location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. He was very accommodating when we had to change dates last minute and communication was good throughout. The place has a great layout, it was clean, and had everything we needed!

We had a lovely time here. It's close to delicious doughnuts (Shore Good Doughnuts) and a great dinner spot (The Arlington). Our weather wasn't optimal for the beach, but it was a short walk. Rocco and his wife were quick to respond and helpful.

New construction, clean home with ample space for two families. Quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and grocery store. Suny is an excellent host and made check in/out very easy. We would love to stay again.

This apartment is great! Newly renovated, and host is very responsive. Kitchen equipment is plentiful and above average. There was a pack n play in the unit as well. The bathroom only has a shower (no tub), so be prepared if travelling with little ones. Easy walk to the beach.

My family and I enjoyed very much staying at Koray's place, very informal and relaxed overall feeling. The location in my opinion, not knowing the area is perfect, everything that you would need is very close by. Rooms, beds and couches were all very nice, nice smart TV and functional kitchen...I can't think of anything else that one would need just to relax in a very beachy community.

We had a great time in this beautiful beach house! Fenced in backyard and dog friendly! Canal and dock, outdoor shower, and their own little "beach" also out (URL HIDDEN) cool! Only about a 10 min drive to the beach and 45 min to Atlantic City in a very nice, safe town. The hosts were very accommodating and communicated well. Gaining access was really easy and there was parking for 3, maybe 4, cars.

This is a beautiful, spacious place that was well maintained and very clean. The host is very kind and hospitable. Overall, it was a great experience and I wish we were staying more than one night.

We had a great time and ended up having family visit us. It was perfect for our needs. The lagoon is a sweet addition to a place to sit in the back yard. We had my 87 year old mom with us and it was very easy for her to use this house. We have lots of family in the area and we had them over for dinner comfortably. We would come back again for sure. Very comfortable for up to 7 people.

Jennifer checked in with me the night of check in to make sure everything was in order. The house is extremely charming. The living room furniture is comfy. It's really everything you need and look for in a space for vacation. We took advantage of everything the house and location offered. The location on the lagoon is awesome and the surrounding neighborhood is safe and close to stores. We had a great time and look forward to coming back. Thanks!

Beautiful gem on the water with a relaxing atmosphere either on the deck looking over the water or on the comfy couch watching the big screen tv. Slept great every night on the comfy bed also. Jen was a great host and got bad to me promptly. There was also a handy three ring binder the host set up with places to eat and thinks to do. Great place!

This is a gem. Steps from the beach, and only a quick drive to any attraction on LBI. The neighbors are very friendly as well. Diane responded very quickly to any email questions I had. This was my first AirBnB and it was a great experience.

Debra was incredibly responsive. The apartment is exactly as described, steps from the beach. There is a shower in the back of the building that you can rinse off all the sand and it was perfect to rinse off the kiddos. Thanks!

My husband, 16 month old and I had a wonderful stay at the Ocean Pearl! As soon as we walked inside we immediately took notice of how cute, cozy and clean the condo was. The kitchen had all the basic necessities (as we decided to stay in and cook a few of the nights) and the use of the grill was a plus. I think we were the only ones who used it! The snack basket that Rich and Debra provided was a lovely touch as well! Being able to use the wi-first was also super helpful. Since we have a baby we weren't going out at night so it was nice to be able to watch something on the iPad or play games on our phones to pass the evening hours. The access to the beach chairs/umbrella, beach badges, outdoor shower and laundry facilities were also a welcome amenity! Knowing we could use them took loads of stress off of us when packing to come down. The less stuff we had to bring the better and we were appreciative we had access to those things. The location of the condo CANNOT be better. The neighborhood was lovely, quiet and family friendly. The fact that it took about three minutes to walk to the beach was perfect. The beach itself was pristine and it was nice to get the same spot and see all the same people every day. It made the whole vacation feel like you were in your own neighborhood! We could walk to a few shops when necessary but also had the option of easily heading into Beach Haven or other areas when we wanted more "action." The use of the parking behind the unit was also a major plus. We had no problem venturing out whatever time of day knowing we could come back to a parking spot and not have to worry about finding parking on the street. Especially since it's alternate side of the street parking and it changes with the days of the week! We are a pretty low maintenance family so we didn't have to call on Rich and Debra during our stay, but any questions I had prior to our check-in they answered quickly and thoroughly. They left clear directions on how to check in and out and I'm happy to say we had not one issue during our stay. We had a great time at the Ocean Pearl and hope to make it back next year!

Any time we called, Deb responded very quickly. The ocean and bay are steps away, which was great. The grill, beach chairs and umbrella made our time at the beach that much better! The place appears far larger in the photos and would comfortably fit two people rather than four. The pull-out couch is old and yucky as a couch and worse as a pull-out bed. We had to move furniture to make enough space for the couch to pull out and when the couch is open, there is barely enough space for one person to squeeze in by the kitchen sink. The place could've used a second extra blanket and if the hosts had provided linens, that would've been better.

Great little condo! It was impeccably clean which we appreciated. Location is a 2 mins walk from the beautiful beach so super convenient and means no sand in the car. Restaurants are a short drive away. Great little getaway - will definitely be back!

My partner and I took a spontaneous trip and luckily found this gem vacant. Rich and Deb were speedy to respond and on our way to Long Beach Island we coordinated the stay. The house comes fully equipped and made it very pleasant for us to cook our meals and relax. They provide beach accessories so your beach trip is comfortable. The house is clean and very charming. Would recommend!

Wendy and Mike were awesome. The cottage was beautiful and just what we needed for a girls getaway. We will be back soon
