Everything you need is in that beautiful place, beauty treatments from Rebecca were outstanding and a dip in the hot tub was the perfect end to the night. Beautiful secluded place in the Welsh Hills. Yurt set in a beautiful location with everything you needed for an excellent stay. Great to have your own cooker, pans and plates and toilet near by. Thank you for allowing us to spend a weekend somewhere that was exactly what we had hoped for and more! It was lovely to be able to have the whole area of Annie's land to walk around and explore. The wood burner kept us lovely and warm at night, and if it got a little too warm in the yurt it was amazing to be able to step outside and get such a clear view of the stars and the Milky Way! We spent our evenings with a book, blanket and beverage while the sun shone on our faces and cast its shadows on the valley below. Can't wait to come back! A note for future visitors: if you'd like to walk to the village, be prepared for a long walk up a big hill!

We stayed one night at Anne's beautifull yurt and really enjoyed our stay in this magnificent natural environment.

We had the most amazing time at Anne's yurt; the view was unbelievable and we loved the privacy of the space and the lovely features such as the hammock, pots and pans for cooking and of course the indoor logburner. Everything was perfect and we left feeling so relaxed! The only bad part was leaving; one night is just not enough to fully explore and hopefully we will be back soon. I highly recommend Anne's yurt, she welcomed us and showed us how everything worked and then left us to get on with our evening. Fantastic host.

This was our first yurt experience and we're now hooked! We stayed in the Water yurt which had a lovely stream directly behind, it was a great experience falling asleep to the sound of water whilst being warm and cosy in the very comfortable bed. We loved our stay on Annie's beautiful farm and will definitely be back for more peace and quiet!

We spent a fantastic night in Annie's yurt! The host is lovely and after greeting us we were left to ourselves on 30 acres of beautiful land. More camping than hotel but warm and dry, this is the perfect place to connect with nature. It was my girlfriends first visit to Wales and we will definitely consider coming back - maybe en route to snowdonia park next time!!

We had a wonderful time! This was my first stay in a yurt (complete with compostable loo and Eco shower) and I couldn't believe how comfy it was. Annie's Mongolian yurt is set in a incredibly quiet area at the foot of a hill. We were able to cook, have bbqs, light the inbuilt stove in the evening, and it's the perfect base to explore Glyndwrs Trail or climb Cadair Idris. Annie was the perfect host and you have to try her fresh eggs, vegetables, and homemade jam and chutney. The only difficult thing was leaving!

We had an excellent stay at Jackie's cottage - this accommodation is exactly as described and is in a fantastic area, very private and peaceful! Jackie provided us with detailed directions for the cottage as well as useful information on the surrounding area. We hope to return again in the future!

My 21 year old son and I had a comfortable and peaceful stay at Jacqui's adorable little cottage and the wood burner makes it wonderfully cosy in the evenings. There was nothing that I felt was missing in terms of convenience. The cottage is so tucked away, in an area that is not taken over by tourism, that we felt we had truly 'gotten away from it all' as we sat there in the evenings with the top of the stable door open onto the hillside opposite. I even saw a fox sniffing around directly outside the kitchen window while washing up one evening :). The location is also great if you wish to explore Snowdonia and Ceredigion. We visited New Quay for some bottle nosed dolphin spotting and the beautiful bays nearby, stood on the summit of Snowdon, walked the Precipice Walk, wandered around Caernarfon with it's spectacular Castle and walled town and strolled on Harlech Beach. This is such a gem of a cottage that I would be very happy to visit again and would highly recommend it.

Cottage is very nice and Jackie gave great instructions and was easy to contact. we didn't realise that it wasn't in a village with a pub or shop but that isn't necessarily an issue. Fire is great and beds super comfy

This cottage was in magical setting and my two children were very excited to walk up the stone pathway to see the cottage at the top. It was a home from home for us and we will certainly be back as the surrounding area is stunning.

We spent a wonderful week in the pretty house Jaquie. It is comfortable and well situated for visiting the region. Jaquie's cottage is cozy and comfortable very. We had a great time with our two children. The location of the cottage allowed us to do nice walks in the mountains and by the sea.

Great little space, that served our purpose perfectly. Strongly suggest a visit to Pen'rallt Gallery Bookshop in Machynlleth, and Ynys Hir RSPB reserve a few miles south.

It was quite late when we arrived, but this we found the house easy. Found the key as described in the listing. Once in the house we simply followed the instructions which Jackie sent me in advance so there was no trouble dealing with the electricity, the shower or the kitchen. Everyone chose his bed and had his own private space, although we spent more of the time together. When we had time for this we enjoyed very much the wooden table outside. Lovely place, birds songs around, nice view... Would definitely come back if I have my own driving licence, as this time we were three of us, only one of us was able to drive and we rented a car.. :)

Was a lovely warm cottage, and the log fire brought back lots of my memories from living in Wales. The shower was lovely and hot with plenty of towels. My daughter wanted to live there forever and my bulldog has never looked so happy.

Our complaint about the state of the house and customer service is being reviewed by Airbnb. Apart from that location is perfect.

We found the cottage to be full of character and well equipped. It was priced well and has all the amenities you need. There is a lovely pub across the road where the food is very good and very filling. You can drive down the lane by the cottage and drop your stuff off and you can park the car on the main road where there is usually space. The double bed is very comfy, there is also a bunk bed which will sleep two adults, just. There is also a large sofa which would serve as a spare single bed. There is plenty of space outside to sit, on the decking and a closed in area with a wood burner to chill out plenty of room and nice and quiet area, tucked down the end of the terrace . Ideal Base for exploring the area.

Lovely place to stay to enjoy the welsh country side. The outdoor space over looking the river and fields is very nice. Thoroughly recommend this place if visiting the area.

Absolute heaven. Our time here was magical and we want to come back! The house is a perfect marriage of design and location with windows perfectly situated to give incredible views and decks where one can enjoy the evening breeze and the setting sun. Check-in was easy and flexible. I would recommend arriving before dark, as the house is situated along a path from the street which passes a few other cottages which could be confusing in the dark (and you'd need a torch). Also be aware that you will have to park some distance from the house, but this small inconvenience is well worth the treat you will have of staying at Pen-y-geulan. It is an especially wonderful place for children. Our kids loved the toys that the hosts have kindly left to be shared, a playhouse out on the deck, and a nearby park that was fabulous with a free zip-line (a 5-minute walk from the house). There is a steep open stairway in the home, but the hosts have provided a child gate and the stairs were never a problem. The stairway is a lovely feature in the design of the home. Alan has left a very helpful and detailed guidebook including many helpful local recommendations as well as emergency information. It was very appreciated. There is a pub right around the corner that serves food all day and had a nice garden. The house was clean and well furnished. Comfortable and beautiful. Have I mentioned the views from the windows? Stunning. This value cannot be beat. We would jump at the chance to stay here again. Thank you very much, Alan, for sharing your beautiful home.

The cottage provided a great location for a long weekend relaxing in the countryside! The pictures don't do the beautiful location justice and even in the rain it was a joy to look out the window and see the rolling hills beyond the river. The house itself was cosy and well equipped for everything we needed, and we spent some very happy evenings around the little wood burner in the living room. A lovely place for a break!

We were travelling around the UK and stayed at many AirBnB's, and this was the best experience we've made with AirBnB so far! Jack and Laurie were very hospitable and made us feel like home, we had some very interesting conversations, also the three lovely cats were a big plus! :) The house is beautiful and decorated with lots of taste. The breakfast was extraordinary and Jack and Laurie took great care of everything. We cannot only highly recommend staying here but we strongly advise you to divert your tour no matter how far to stay at this phenomenal place and meet Jack and Laurie!

Jack and Laurie were the perfect hosts. The house and the room were very comfy, clean and warm. Friendly welcome and delicious breakfast with all our wishes fulfilled. The location is great, as it is very close to Glyndŵr's Way.

Jack and Laurie looked after us so well, they welcomed us into their amazing Train Station house and made us feel right at home. My partner likes trains and got a huge kick out of staying in an old train station which Jack and Laurie beautifully decorated and preserved. The house was in the perfect location for us; attending an off-road dirtbike day in Llanidloes while also being close to Snowdonia and some amazing restaurants. They were such a nice, interesting couple to talk to and recommended a stunning walk to end our trip in Wales. We would love to stay with them again.

The Old Chapel is a beautiful place to stay. The beds are very comfy, plenty of hot water, towels provided. The living space is fantastic the sofas are big and the kitchen has everything you need. A lovely place to be based out of when exploring southern Snowdonia and lots of helpful maps and leaflets provided to help you plan. Thanks for having us!

Had a lovely few days at The Old Chapel. It was the perfect base for exploring beautiful countryside and a wonderfully cosy space to hibernate in with books and games when the weather got too wet and wild for walking. Logistics all went incredibly smoothly and there was a nice bottle of wine welcoming us after a long drive. Would definitely recommend the house to others.

although we did noet meet Gille personally, the instructions and so on were perfect. We were happy that we made an excellent choice to stay a couple of days in the Old Chapel. Our expectations were exceeded. We spent a couple of days, making a trip to snow donia, exploring the area and staying a day in the chapel and chatiing withe the neighbour.

We loved our stay at the Old Chapel. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We loved all the games, films and books! Was very relaxing and cosy (particularly when its drizzling outside!). Highly recommend.

It's a little out of the way in a valley however if you're looking for somewhere relaxed and out of the way, it's a perfect place to chill out and nicely decorated. Everyone in our six person group was happy with the quality of the accommodation.

We had the most fantastic stay at the longhouse. It was late Oct but the weather was stunning and the longhouse is perfectly located for lots of amazing walks and also not far from beaches at Barmouth. We were a group of 12 adults and 3 babies and found the place very spacious. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and the communal spaces very comfortable. The hot tub and pizza oven made it extra special. Vicky and Adam were very helpful and thoughtful during our stay and we'd love to come back and stay again next year.

This is a really lovely home away from home - the most well equipped rental that we have ever stayed in (the kitchen has everything you could need) and plenty of thoughtful additions to make our stay really lovely. There were 12 of us ranging in age from 80 to 11 (+ dog) and all the family could focus on catching up. The pizza oven, hot tub and movie session in the barn were highlights. Also slow relaxing meals on the enormous dining table, with meals prepared in the huge kitchen. Having Tesco delivery on the day we arrived made it easy. Stunning scenery - great dog walks and playing in the field in front of the garden. Plenty of room for us all - with two living areas no one was on top of each other. Highly recommended.

Such a amazing house, in a brilliant location! We all (13 of us) loved it. Vicky and Adam were great host (especially the bbq & breakfast boxes from the local butchers) very friendly and helpful both while booking and once we had arrived! We would recommend this house to anyone that is looking for a peaceful, relaxing and chilled trip away! We all would love to take a trip here again. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, the living rooms were large and a nice place to watch TV and films! We especially loved the kitchen and garden with the hot tub! We found that the location was great to explore the surrounding area! Along with it being close to some lovely beaches and fun activities likes bounce below! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Long House! The house was huge and had plenty of room for 14 of us. The kitchen was great, with lots of pots and pans and dishes- could have done with a few more tea towels and maybe a cloth to wash surfaces but managed fine otherwise. The surrounding area was beautifull and we even got the hot tub up and running...should have started to heat it a bit earlier but still had lots of fun!! Overall we had a great weekend in a very cozy house! Thank you! :-)

We all had a great time staying the this lovely, remote Welsh cottage. This house itself was great, with everything we needed for our stay over the New Year period. Despite the rainy weather we all had a great time. If we ever needed anything then Adam and Vicky were there to help out, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you very much. Highly recommended.

We spent 4 days here, 9 adults, 5 kids (2-10) and 4 dogs and quite simply had the most fantastic, fun and relaxing stay. The surrounding area is beautiful, some breathtaking scenery and the property itself is also gorgeous and finished well, particularly the kitchen and large bathroom. For our stay at Christmas the decorations were up and gave us the most wonderful welcome. Adam and Vicky are attentive and helpful hosts, with lots of advice and quick responses to questions before the trip to ensure the stay went as smoothly as possible (Important to plan for the fact you are in a remote location with regards shopping online ahead of arrival etc. ). Once we arrived they were around when needed, but otherwise we were left to our own devices and lots of space to enjoy ourselves. For a remote, country house getaway I'm not sure anyone could ask for more than this! Will definitely book again.

What a place! Vicky and Adam were kind enough to let me (and 13 friends/Vikings) host a Viking banquet in their converted cinema barn and it was amazing... to the extent that they even joined us for it in full Viking attire! They are fantastic hosts, helping me in any way they could as Vikings take a lot of organising(!), and the location of their longhouse in the Welsh countryside is stunning. It couldn't have been a better few days and I really hope to stay there again soon.

Helen's place is really lovely, she was a great host and the caravan felt like a real home from home, I went there with our three children, 13, 11 and 9 who loved the space and the selection of DVD's and games Helen had left for use. The surrounding areas were lovely and a trip to the coast is not too far away. We would definitely recommend it to friends and will be booking next year. A great find......Go for it!

Helen's place is based on a very quiet caravan site nestled into the hills with a wonderful view. The caravan is cosy and well equipped with all you need. It has a power shower that is truly invigorating but does run a little hot and cold due to pressure changes. Good selection of DVD's although the first night we stayed we forced our 19 year old son to watch Carry on up the Jungle (and he enjoyed it) lovely family evening. We used this location to visit Mount Snowdon and many other attractions in the area, we visited many beautiful lakes and beaches and did the tobogganing at Zip world, there is so much to do and for all ages, we wanted to experience a few more scenic train rides but just ran out of time. Helen is happy for dogs to stay in her caravan and this was a selling point for us, the caravan is certainly not shabby and does not smell in the slightest of dog which was a real bonus. Although we didn't meet with Helen, we had all the communication needed for a great stay. Thank you Helen

absolutely loved staying at Helens caravan, it is like a home from home. the caravan is equipped with everything you will need for your stay. I stayed for a long weekend in the middle of October, the rest of the site was quiet so was undisturbed. The local pub serves good food if you don't want to cook but for more variety Newtown is only half an hours drive where you can shop for essentials. would highly recommend staying here.

The caravan has a very spacious and comfortable living area and the kitchen is really well equipped. This is a real home from home with everything we needed. The beds are comfortable and everywhere is spotlessly clean. Helen is a great host who kept in touch and provided easy access to the caravan and lots of helpful information about the area. The view from the caravan is superb but we also loved having the TV, DVDs and books for when it was wet outside. We would definitely return to this airbnb.

This is a true hide-away. The Barn was spotless and very well equipped. The kids really enjoyed staying here. The surroundings are simply stunning.

We had a wonderful stay in this peaceful barn. It is spacious and had lots of entertainment. We played Monopoly, table tennis, table football and we all loved lazing around in the giant beanbag. The beds were very comfortable too and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Really big bath was very welcome after "Racing the Train" in Tywyn.

The Barn is a large and nicely secluded place with everything anyone could need to get away to the country. Not only are the facilities all great, but there are games in abundance that families and friends could all enjoy. Our host was very helpful and gave us great directions and advice on things to do and how to get around in the area. We had a great short trip.

We had a brilliant stay. The barn is gorgeous and we certainly made the most of the table football and table tennis tables. Emma was always available when we had questions and was welcoming on arrival. Perfect for a group trip and somewhere I'd love to come back to. Thanks again for having us.

We had the most wonderful few days at The Barn. Good communication from Emma beforehand and, even though she wasn't going to be there during our stay, she left us with easy instructions for checking in and a contact number should we need it. As for The Barn itself - what a great space. It really is secluded (just what we wanted). Not a sound at night, and a view that you would never get bored of. Super comfy beds with fresh linen and towels. The enormous bean bag in the middle of the living area was fun. We'd have liked to stay for longer just to spend a day at The Barn, rather than going out to explore the local area. You could raid the bookshelf, put the kettle on and sit at one of the big glass doors admiring the view. 15/20 mins to Machynlleth for supplies. Anywhere from 30 mins to an hour away to access so much of what Snowdonia has to offer. We walked part of the Watkin Path up Snowdon to the most incredible waterfalls for a (freezing!) swim. And enormous sandy beaches that you wouldn't believe existed in this country. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Emma as a host and The Barn as a wonderful place to stay in Snowdonia. We're already planning our next visit!

Nice quiet, picturesque location. Would be better if there was a second toilet as 6 of us stayed. There are quite a few things to see and do within 1.5 hours or less. No wifi or tv and next to no phone signal however they have supplied plenty of games, books, table tennis and football which helped the kids recover from the shock of no wifi The hosts were about if we needed help with anything but at the same time kept to themselves so you fealt comfortable to cone and go as you pleased. All in all a very enjoyable short break.

What can I say about this place? It was literally perfect. The location, the facilities and Chris and Jeannie were the loveliest and most welcoming hosts you could imagine. My only disappointment was coming home! This place is a little gem. Ideal for a couple who want to escape the hustle and bustle of city living and the rat race. We were lucky that we had fantastic weather for our entire trip but we loved the flat so much that I don't think it would really matter if it did rain. If you are looking for somewhere secluded, somewhere with a spectacular view, somewhere to relax where you can get a good nights sleep, somewhere that is surrounded by natural beauty with plenty of walks and towns within easy reach, somewhere that's pristine and comfortable where your hosts give you the privacy you want but are only a short walk away and only happy to help should you need anything, then look no further. I haven't been paid to write this review. Seriously, credit where credit is due!

Chris and Jeanie are lovely people and our stay with them was very pleasant indeed. The apartment is cosy, comfortable and very well kitted out. We loved sitting out on the balcony and looking at the view both during the day and night. It is remote enough to be secluded but close enough to civilisation for you to be able to visit restaurants and shops when required. I would recommend it to anyone and we might well return and use it as a base to visit coed y brenin in the future.

We loved Chris and Jeannie' home. Surrounded by green hills and streams, a walkers paradise! We spent some time unwinding and relaxing after a manic Christmas with the family. It was perfect, so comfortable, bright and clean. Well looked after by Chris and Jeannie who were just delightful. Such beautiful countryside, we will have to return in the summer months to ascend Snowden. Definitely recommend!

Chris and Jeannie were absolutely lovely and the house was incredible. They really do make you feel well looked after. The house is beautiful and in a very nice location. We ended up climbing mount Snowdon which was about 40 miles away which was a bit of a drive but there are lots of local walks. Will definitely stay here again if I visit this area again. Earlier this year I took my girlfriend to Wales for a Valentine’s weekend break – we’re from London and wanted somewhere green and remote, somewhere totally away from it all so we could just relax, breath in some fresh air and enjoy some proper time together. This place was absolutely perfect. Nestled away in the foothills of Snowdonia, this secluded apartment was cosy, homely and surrounded by greenery. Chris & Jeannie live just across the courtyard but apart from their modest cottage the only other neighbour seems to be a farm on the other side of the valley. Peaceful, quiet and tranquil beyond belief. Our hosts went above and beyond at every opportunity – not only providing useful info about the local area (there are some fantastic walks nearby) but even going so far as to bake a cake to make the Valentine’s surprise that little bit more special! The apartment itself was everything I imagined it would be. Thoroughly recommend it for a weekend or a week (or two!) away – perfect place to surround yourself with nature - and I’d like to think we could make it back there again someday. Simple and perfect.

A beautiful property in stunning countryside. Everything has been thought of and the spa bath was a lovely extra luxury! We would definitely return, the hosts are friendly and helpful and gave us some great advice about where to visit nearby.

Really rural location - beautiful views! The apartment is incredibly clean and welcoming; it feels homely as well. Jason and his family made us feel very welcome and checked to see that we had everything that we needed; even recommending where to go for a day trip to experience the best weather! We took our 14 month old daughter with us and we were supplied with a travel cot and high chair (both of which were spotless) and a baby gate for the stairs to ensure that she was safe. It was a lovely place and we would definitely go back.

It was beautiful! Joe and Pat are lovely people, and they made sure to prepare the cottage for us, especially with breakfast, the heating and firewood since it was a rather cold few days! The cottage is deceivingly large, with plenty of space and a large garden with a little path leading to the rolling hills with horses. Sheep and cows were our neighbours, and overall it was so peaceful. We particularly enjoyed having our breakfast in the warm glass conservatory. The cottage offers many good books (Roald Dahl was our choice!) and a TV with a DVD player. The view from our bedroom window was breathtaking, and the shower was fully equipped with nice hot water (good when you're feeling so cold!). They gave us privacy most of the trip but we got to say goodbye properly on the last day. They really are lovely people and we would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice family vacation or romantic getaway from the busy city!

We had a great stay at Joes cottage. Everything was as described or even better. Theire is everything to make one feel at home. Decoration os very beautyful and the view really stunning. Very quite place to pass a holiday, we enjoyed ours perfectly!

Lovely to contact us with directions as it is off the beaten track, provide biscuits, tea and coffee etc for arrival and give choice of hands on or off contact during our stay. In a lovely rural location, beautiful walks and scenery. All comforts in house, extra blankets, wood burning stove. Very accomodating to our requirments as we had a baby and dogs in our party.

This is a fantastic cottage in a really great location. More space than we imagined, everything was spotless and really well equipped. The upstairs bedroom arrangement is perfect for a small family and our kids loved the garden and the chance to count the sheep through binoculars from the conservatory. Thoroughly recommended!

We had a great time in Wales! The cottage is very clean and cosy, Joe and Pat have been very kind providing us a travel cot and baby toys and our little ten month old like them very much! The house is very spacious and view is indeed stunning:) We just simply love it!

The cottage was fantastic! Had absolutely beautiful views from the back garden and the upstairs. The cottage was very child- and toddler-friendly. Our 13-month old loved the books and basket of toys; there is also a toddler gate on the stairs which was helpful. The library was well-stocked with local maps and guides. Fresh flowers in the kitchen!

This is a very special place. We arrived very late but Joe came out to welcome us and inside there were fresh flowers, milk and delicious bara brith. The house is beautiful with everything you could possibly need and very cosy. When we stepped outside the next morning, the view was absolutely stunning. We spent a glorious few days here. Sasha's place is lovely for a short stay. A little cold even with the heaters and fire- so I'm glad I remember thick socks and jumpers.

Great little place to stay if you're looking for some peace and quiet, only about a 10 minute drive to local town. Woodburning oven got plenty of use for some cosy nights in. Had a great time with my young family and our boys were very sad to leave. All in all, a lovely stay.

Lovely little cottage with a lot of character, and a great place for a couple to spend some time. Good location to explore the surrounding area. We really enjoyed our stay.

If you're looking for a secluded rural retreat to have some peace, escape the hustle & bustle and be surrounded by beautiful countryside then this is the place to go! Loved every second and would recommend a trip to climb cader idris (20 min drive away). So many lovely walks nearby and we loved not being able to use our phones so we were truly cut off from the world. Sasha was a lovely host and was always happy to help and check in. Despite the teeny kitchen we managed self catered for 4 out of 5 nights, would recommend taking a slow cooker as that was handy for us to eat in. We'd definitely stay again and loved it :)

This place is exactly what it says on the tin: cute, small, cosy and pretty much perfect if you're looking for somewhere to get away from it all. Me and my partner had a wonderful time using it as a base from which to explore Snowdonia, and in the summer months it was a perfect temperature (we didn't use any of the heating appliances at all).

Very scenic location, house is alittle quirky and really liked the cosy feeling you get when the log burner is on.

A simple cosy cottage. We enjoyed the wood burner and heated blanket. We were very snug. Just outside Machynlleth which is a great town to visit.

Romy was great. She helped us with everything we needed. Gave us excellent tips on places to go and shop, and roads to travel through. Really great.

A wonderful, secluded retreat in the heart of beautiful mid-wales. Out kids loved the tractor barn with the private cinema and toys. And our dog loved Dylan! The lower barn was perfect for our needs and spotless. Would definitely recommend!

Romy made us feel welcome throughout our stay. In fact, she even took the trouble of getting in touch with us on several occasions whilst we were driving to Tyddyn Retreat, as we experienced a fatal incident the day we were supposed to arrive. Tyddyn Retreat is exactly what a retreat should be, in the sense that it resembles a cocoon, where one can coil up and meditate, and hopefully leave it re-energised and more beautiful as a person, just as a butterfly emerges radiantly out of her cocoon. This imagery came to our minds the moment we were driving along the country path leading to Tyddyn Retreat and managed to see several beautiful butterflies swirling around the plentiful wild flowers that were scattered across the open fields.

Thank you Romy for an absolutely wonderful stay. We loved every minute. We stayed on the lower barn and it was warm and cosy and divine :-) We also used the cinema which really added to our holiday. We can highly recommend and hope to be back ourselves soon :-)

Romy has done a great job in creating a green and clean experience with her Tydnne Retreat. My young family loved it so much and were best friends with Romy.

Comfortable, peaceful and serene with great hosting, excellent cinema, library, kids games and outdoor spaces as a reward for negotiating difficult gate & railway crossing access tracks.
