Newly built apartment with ski-in/ski-out location right next to the Kåvan Express lift and Kåvan Guest Center. The apartment is 70 sqm, 3 bedrooms and an open-plan kitchen/living room. In the living room, there is a fireplace. The adult bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, in the other bedrooms there are bunk beds. There are two bathrooms, one with toilet, shower, washing machine and sauna and the smaller one with toilet. The apartment is fully equipped with utensils, furniture, blankets and pillows. Preferably rented out weekly to a well-behaved family.

Brunkulla II

When you need to get back to your roots and live close to nature! Moose and reindeer do not care about property boundaries and may well visit! In Brunkulla II, you live both primitively and comfortably - you fetch water in the basin, you get hot water by heating on the stove - you yourself get warm by carrying the water bucket up the hill! If you want to get really warm, you can take a wood-fired sauna with a portable shower. The cottage has three beds - 1x120cm, 2x90cm and is heated with electricity and/or wood stove! Close to the mountain range!

Amazing mountain experience in Ottsjö in Åre

In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Welcome to Ljungdalen and popular Torkilsstöten! Here at 800 meters altitude is our cozy mountain cabin with fantastic views of the mountains! You live undisturbed on a beautiful natural plot near the mountain. Ski along the trail, directly from the cabin. Our timbered cottage has a wood-burning stove and rustic mountain feel. There are two bedrooms and a cozy living room with a total of 6 beds. Close to hiking trails, ski trails, downhill skiing, swimming and fishing! Shops, restaurants and services can be found down in Ljungdalens village.

In the middle of FUNÄSDALEN overlooking the lake, mountains and meadows all around. Fresh apartment on the 2nd floor with its own entrance and large balcony to the west with sun all day. Workplace with height-adjustable desk and fiber connection. Sheets and towels are included. The bed is made when you arrive. Towels and dishcloths in linen from Växbolin for the environment! Close to the village center and Funäsdalsberget. Sauna, dishwasher, washing machine and parking with engine heater and charging box. TV is available with Chromecast.

Here, you can stay within walking distance to most things. A stone's throw from the cottage is the grocery store, the restaurant (see website for opening hours), the ski slope and the river Ljungan. There is something for everyone in all seasons. Downhill skiing (see the respective facility's website for opening hours), cross-country skiing, fishing and hiking. Apotekarens stuga

Relax in this secluded log cabin between Handölforsen and Snasahögarna. Genuine cabin with kitchen area, bunk beds and fireplace. In the outbuildings, there is a woodshed, outhouse and sauna. Electricity is available for heating, cooking and lighting. Water from the mountain basin is in a faucet outside the cabin. A wonderful place to just relax and enjoy the simplicity, or a base to explore the area around the famous bird lake Ånnsjön in the east or Storulvån's mountain station and all the classic mountains in the west.

Apartment near Funäsdalen center

Newly built apartment on the outskirts of Funäsdalen with an undisturbed location. Here you can ski or ride a snowmobile from the yard. The apartment is ideal for two to four people who want a simple, fresh accommodation with a quiet location. Dining table with room for 4 people and sleeping areas upstairs with a double bed and two single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room with room for two extra people. There is parking on the outside and the apartment is on the gable of a garage that is used for storage.

Bedroom 1: One double bed for 2 persons Bedroom 2: Two bunk beds, 4 people. Bathroom: toilet, shower and sauna. Final cleaning can be added for a fee. Bed linens and towels are not included.

Stay in a cozy apartment in the pleasant mountain village and nice cross-country skiing area of Bruksvallarna. The apartment, which is the lower floor of a cottage with two apartments, has fantastic views of the mountains and the village of Bruksvallarna and is located in a quiet area among other mountain cottages. After skiing or hiking during the day, you can then swim in the hot tub, warm up in the sauna or relax by the stove. The nice cross-country trails are within walking distance.

In the middle of the Jämtland mountain world is this newly renovated gem! Here you have the downstairs in a separate house in the middle of our old farm (the upper floor is not used). It offers mountain views, a fireplace and a large, lovely dining area. It is easy to get here, and skiing, forest walks or snowmobile rides start right outside the door.
