Jere welcomed us when we arrived and recommended some great restaurants and brewpubs that we could walk to from the house. The room was clean and comfortable. This was a great location to stay in and explore the town of Lititz. A good place to stay when visiting Lancaster too.

Beautiful home in a great town that is full of excellent restaurants and shopping. The home is walking distance to town. They have a friendly puppy that was a big hit with our children. We had plenty of space for a family of four and a large bathroom. Super friendly and we look forward to visiting with them again this summer!

Jere and Shannon are in a perfect location to explore downtown Lititz. Shopping and dining options are just minutes away by walking. Onsite parking was convenient . Our front room was spacious. There is a little bit of street noise but they had a white noise machine in the bedroom that was most helpful. Jere and Shannon are gracious hosts who make sure everything is smooth during your stay. We look forward to staying again at their home.

Heidi was a wonderful hostess, attending to my needs as well as giving me privacy. I felt comfortable and welcomed. She was always available to answer questions about the area or give directions to the nearest produce stand. My room was clean and charming. The air conditioner was a perk during the "heat wave". I slept great waking each morning to fresh coffee and muffins. Ethan, her youngest son, even made breakfast and carried my luggage to the car as I left. What a treat! I would definitely stay with Heidi again.

There are not enough positive adjectives to accurately describe this marvelous place. Heidi is a bubbling unobtrusive hostess with an incredible banana bread! The room in her heritage stone farm house is large and well appointed. I would recommend this stop for anyone and look forward to returning in the near future!

This was my first AirBnB stay, and it was fantastic! The house was beautiful, Heidi was so very kind and accommodating, and I felt like a friend staying for dinner. There was even a delicious homemade breakfast in the morning! I would gladly stay here again!

Our stay with Heidi was excellent! My wife and I had traveled to meet some friends at the PA Renaissance Fair. When we arrived, Heidi greeted us and introduced us to the other guests staying with her that weekend. After some short but wonderful conversation, Heidi showed us to our room knowing that we were exhausted from our drive. Heidi's 1800's farm house is beautiful with a rich history behind it. The private room that we booked was clean, spacious and comfortable. Heidi provided us with everything we needed including breakfast! As first time Airbnbers, we would definitely recommend a stay with Heidi!

We loved the carriage house! It was our anniversary and it couldn't have been nicer. The carriage house was very clean and comfortable and conveniently located near everything we wanted to do (Amish country, Lancaster city, renaissance faire). Lititz itself was a charming little town with plenty to do. We were greeted upon arrival and completely left alone, which is definitely a plus. We have already recommended the carriage house to a couple we know that visit Lancaster often. Stay here! You won't regret it.

The Carriage House was exactly as described and suited us perfectly. We were in Lititz for a family wedding and the house provided a relaxing and comfortable place for us and other out-of-town family members to congregate before the wedding. It was a very cold weekend but the house was warm and cozy. It was also very conveniently located, being within easy walking distance to the town park and all of the downtown attractions and restaurants. Ruth Ann was very nice - easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our text and email messages. We would definitely stay again if we get another opportunity!

Ruth Ann was quick to respond to any emails or phone calls. She was very accommodating and friendly. We were late on our check in, she was understanding. She did a quick walk through and gave us some directions around town. There was information about the local attractions and a list of local grocery stores. Ruth Ann has thought of everything one may need. The cottage was cozy and very relaxing. Was excellent experience and would be delighted to go back.

We arrived with 2 cars and had plenty of space to park. Ruth Ann was there to meet us and show us the space. The rooms were very accommodating (large) Which was nice as my son and his girl friend had enough luggage for a world tour. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood is so quiet at nite you could hear a pin drop. Wonderful. Getting to town centre is just a few blocks and a nice walk. We have been visiting Lititz for 20+ yrs and stayed in many places and would highly recommend this location if you need a quiet, comfortable place to sleep. This simple and beautiful room feels like a step back in time. Emma showed me a photo of the house from 1907 that was incredible to see! I enjoyed waking up to a little birdsong outside my window, and felt welcome by Emma and her family.

Emma and Bob were very kind. When we arrived in the evening, she first made us a cup of coffee. The locatie in Lititz is fine. Quiet neighbouurhood. The rooms and bathroom are clean. Little bit old fashioned,but that is what we expected of an old farm house from 1901. The next day she prepared us sweet corn. So we had a wonderfull stay.

Emma's place is a large old farm house not too far from the local airport. I arrived early and meet the whole family as they were celebrating a family birthday. I spend time with them and even participated in family movie night. Thank you again for wonderful stay.

A wonderful stay in lititz PA. Rob and Emma's room is as warm and cozy ad they are as hosts! Great location for exploring lititz and he surrounding area, especially if you have a car like we did for this trip. I wouldn't recommend it if you're planning on walking around town, but if you have a car and are looking for the best value in the area and a clean, comfortable stay, then Rob and Emma's room is perfect. Enjoyed our stay. Host made us feel right at home. Room is basic, but spacious with lovely traditional farmhouse decor. Great location with easy access to area attractions & main roads. Great value for cost.

We were welcomed by Emma and felt very comfortable in the space. My husband and I slept well and were gloriously awakened to a bright new day. The room was really tidy and and comfortable- quite charming with the wallpaper and beautiful furniture. Emma kindly made us coffee in the morning and told us of some key features of Lititz as we visited.

Staying at Katy's was our first time using Airbnb. It was a wonderful experience! Katy was very communicative and was there to greet us as a great host even though we arrived super late. Unfortunately we didn't really get a chance to speak with Katy past our arrival but we felt very welcomed. She has a lovely home and we'd definitely consider staying again should we ever be in the area. We stayed two nights total and were rather thankful for an opportunity like this versus staying in a hotel. We will definitely use Airbnb again!

Katy made me feel welcome at her home. She is easy going and pleasant! (I think I may have talked her ear off a bit, but she handled it well) The house was nice, very clean, had interesting art from her travels. Bed was comfortable. Her cat was shy, but polite. Neighborhood was nice. CAUTION: small children in the area so be courteous and look before you get in your car to back out of parking space as there MAY BE SMALL CHILDREN, TODDLERS AND BICYCLES ON THE GROUND BEHIND YOUR CAR ( this is not a reflection on Katy, they are not her children... just letting you know what small children do!!!) I walked to a restaurant nearby which was nice. Also walked in community park adjacent.

What a warm, welcoming, peaceful stay with Greg and Nancy! Their home is a place of great peace and comfort. They made me feel as if we had known each other forever, and that I was a welcome friend, not a guest renting a room for the night. The constant fire in the fireplace made it so cozy, as did being able to curl up in a chair near the fireplace to read. Their home is very close to Lititz, yet far enough away that if you need a place to feel that you are getting away from it all, this is the place! Greg and Nancy open their hearts and home to you; their kindness goes beyond words. This is the only place I will ever stay when in that area.

Greg was super welcoming and showed us around the whole house. He and his wife have done a fantastic job of converting it from its previous identity as a chapel. The place was lovely with wonderful stained glass windows in our bedroom, a large new private bathroom off our bedroom, a very comfortable bed and everything scrupulously clean and tidy. Greg was an interesting person and an excellent conversationalist. He offered us the use of his washing machine and drier which was most appreciated as we've been travelling for a couple of months. There was no TV in the house which didn't worry us in the slightest, but may some. We would happily recommend Greg's place to anyone wishing to stay in the area.

My husband and I planned to attend the West Earl Volunteer Fire Department Mud Sale and wanted to make a long weekend. (if you have never been to a mud sale, we highly recommend that you check one out.). Linda responded to our request for a clean, safe location and she was correct. Her home is spotless, the neighborhood is safe and quiet, and Lititz is a great community which offers many interesting things to do. We had dinner with an Amish family and watched the cows being milked. We had a tour of the Julius Sturgis pretzel factory, ate delicious candy at the Wilbur Chocolate Factory, relaxed at Cafe Chocolate, and had a wonderful meal at the Tomato Pie Cafe. The next day we went to the Middle Creek Wildlife Sanctuary and saw several thousand Tundra Swans, Canadian Geese and Snow Geese. The location of Linda's home was perfect. I highly recommend her as an Airbnb host.

Linda is very nice that she comminuted with me a few days earlier, to confirm everything necessary, including check-in time, room info, and every traffic info. Also, I feel touched that she left front light on for me, since I came home late.

Linda welcomed us, friendly, gave us our privacy. We had a lovely visit in the morning over coffee, bagels and scrambled locally raised eggs. Our bed was very comfortable. Linda was a gracious and a hospitable hostess.

We had a great time; Linda was an awesome host, very friendly and accomodating, even with our 1.5 year old toddler. She offered us simple but delicious breakfasts both days, even though we were not expecting her to do so. Her home is on a quiet and safe cul-de-sac. This was a great stay with a great hostess. Linda is a warm, welcoming person. The house is in Lititz, close to Amish activities and a very charming town with a pretzel factory, chocolate factory, weekend farmer's markets, great antique and crafts, and restaurants of all kinds. Early communications were good, and Linda was very accomodating allowing us to check in early. Her house and the room we stayed in was very clean, comfortable, and homey. She was attentive to our needs without being too close. Linda as a vacation resource was very knowlegeable, both in terms of the Amish, which was the main point of our weekend, as well as places to go, things to do. What was particularly helpful was when we were leaving, she gave us alternate route from the GPS that took more time, but was much more scenic. We stopped on the way and bought plants and produce at great roadside stands. Also, there are many Amish tours out there, which when you read the descriptions all tend to blur, but Linda was able to suggest a tour that met our needs perfectly. We also got a chance to meet and chat with a French couple who was also staying there. Overall, I would stay with Linda again, and can whole heartedly recommend her to anyone.

This is the only place to stay in Lititz! The house is amazing and the host is great. I will return. It's location is also central and close to the main biz district. This shared bathroom is really a gem.

We have used air bnb many times as sole renters, and this was our first time staying in someones residence. This experience did not disappoint. Upon first entering Ruth's warm and inviting house we were greeted by various musical instruments just waiting to be used as inspired. Ruth's house is creatively decorated with opportunities to partake in games or creativity as a respite from the jaunts in and out of the quaint town of Lititz with all of the attractions that it has to offer. Our room was clean and very comfortable. lots of extra blankets and pillows if needed. The towels were plentiful and the bathroom was spacious and modern. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting Ruth and she was very attentive to our needs, allowing us our independence yet being there if need be. I will recommend this air bnb to friends and family and hope to come back one day when in the area.

I stayed with Ruth for an extended amount of time, and I have to say I could not have chosen a better place to be. Ruth herself is a wonderful host - she is warm and fun and always has fun tidbits to share (from restaurant and music festival recommendations, to articles and intriguing tales of her travels and places she's lived). She also is very courteous in allowing of privacy - I always felt my space was my own and that I was welcome using all areas of the shared house. The area the home is located in also perfectly nestled behind the downtown of Lititz, walking distance to anything in town. I recommend going to see the Lititz Springs Park, Tomato Pie Cafe, and Spill coffee shop - all less than 5 minutes away. The room itself affords you a view of the tree lining the streets and the backyard, feeling like a perfect hideaway. The room is cozy and has plenty of places to lounge, and the game room has an amazing widow's porch fit with a rocking chair that is blissful. As I have made apparent, I could not have enjoyed staying with Ruth more than if it were my own home. If your goal is to feel as if you are a resident in the Coolest Small Town in America, then this is your place.
