Perfect for professional travelers, because this serviced apartment is quiet, clean, located in a residential area, a 7min walk to the station and city centre and has all the amenities including a kitchen, and laundry. The host is very experienced and was available via email and phones to cover any queries. The rooms offer flexible checking times with group bookings and extensions also available.

Another brief but lovely stay at Fiona & Len's. My husband had to leave quite early for work, but Fiona very kindly provided breakfast for him before he rushed out the door. A lovely home, and lovely people.

There really isn't much to say other than I would absolutely recommend everyone I know to stay here. The room is lovely and spacious, the bathroom sparkling clean. Leamington is not exactly huge but it's on a quiet street very near the train station and town. As for all the little touches you would want, they're all there, including a hot water bottle for my bad back! Mostly though it was the lovely hospitality, I've never really done a private room before... the bar's been set very high!

Fiona and Len are fabulous hosts and made me feel welcome and relaxed in their home. They were both on hand to deal with any questions. Lots of little personal touches. A lovely couple, very clean apartment and very comfortable bed. I highly recommend them for any stay. Perfect hosts.

What a great place! My husband and I only stayed for one night so it was a very short visit, but lovely. The room was warm and inviting, and very clean. The bathroom was sparkling clean. I chatted for ages with Fiona and Len over a delicious breakfast - they're such warm, friendly people. I felt like I'd made new friends! We will definitely be back again.

Fiona and Len were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious, and they even provided oat milk for me. Super bathroom and kitchen, too. Hope to stay again if we come to Leamington Spa to visit our student daughter.

This is a beautiful home that’s a pleasure to stay at. Ed and Sarah are lovely hosts also. The bedroom was spacious and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was adjacent and has a lovely overhead shower. Overall a great place!

Sarah is really the perfect host. I really enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing stay at her beautifully decorated home. The atmosphere she created in the lounge during breakfast was nothing less than movie scene, romantic dining setup overlooking the greenery of your large garden, the radio thoughtfully playing in the background and the loveliest tableware in her perfect lounge. She also allowed me to use her microwave and tablewear for dinner. I would definitely stay again :-)

I had a very comfortable stay here, lovely beds and great bathroom. It is bang in the middle of Leamington spa with access to restaurants and shops and Dawn was a very friendly and accommodating hostess. I would highly recommend anybody staying in the area to consider Dawn’s. place.

Dawn's ensuite is extremely clean and comfortable, with a private bathroom that is newly renovated and well maintained to the point of being sparkling -- everything exactly as shown in the photos. In addition to all the listed amenities, Dawn provided an extra portable radiator, which came in handy on the colder winter nights. The location is also very convenient and within a 5-minute walk from The Parade. Dawn is a wonderful and accommodating host. She responds to messages promptly and allows flexible check-in time. I thought it would be illustrative to share the following story. Due to an itinerary change I wanted to extend my reservation from one week to three weeks, before realizing that another guest had booked for two nights in between. Dawn very kindly offered to let me stay on the sofa in the lounge, saving me the trouble of finding and moving to a different place. Although I was only out of the ensuite for two nights, Dawn spared no effort in cleaning and resetting everything in the room to ensure comfortable stays for both the other guest and me. I would not hesitate to recommend Dawn's place to anyone looking to stay in Leamington Spa.

The property is clean and easy instructions for self check in are simple. Cosy. Simple wifi. Coffee. Perfect for a night.

Myself and a few friends stayed here for a girly weekend away, very easy for everyone to get to as some used the train which was minutes walking distance and others drove with a car park right outside. The apartment itself is very secluded making us feel really safe. Inside was lovely and clean and finished to a high standard. The beds were very comfy including the sofa bed too. Would definitely recommend.

We had a nice stay here, heating issues quickly resolved. Car park can be a little noisy. Worked for us.

Marius' flat was great, warm & really cosy & nice & close to the town. Everything we needed was in the flat, Marius was really helpful with directions, he met us personally to open up & show us round the flat. We had a great weekend & hope to return again later in the year

Everything was as advertised, no unpleasant surprises. Clean and well-stocked with things like toilet paper etc. the location itself is extremely convenient for access to both the train station and also shopping. Nights can get a bit loud as the area does have a few bars and Balti places nearby. Inevitably we could hear some people who’d had a bit too much to drink carrying on outside. My wife and I both enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to any couple that wants a convenient location with good amenities. I wouldn’t recommend bringing kids though, the flat is a little too small to have young ones running around.

This is the second time we have stayed at Marius’s apartment both times it was lovely. It was very clean cosy and decor was great good WiFi and the location was perfect For us .if we come to leamington again if available we would stay again.

The place is really stylish and modern. It is smaller than it looks in the pictures but that doesn`t that away the charm of the place. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equiped. I recommend this place.

The flat was very big and really well specced in terms of furnishing. We found the bed super comfortable which meant a good nights sleep. V quiet as well, especially as Avenue road can be quiet busy. Not the most convenient for town as bottom end but in reality most locations in Leamington are reachable within a 15-20min walk. Overall we certainly stay again.

We loved this apartment in Leamington, definitly our best AirBnB stay so far! Jules was really quick to respond and helpful with our initial questions. The apartment was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. The broadband was super fast and the beds were very comfortable. Being a 5-10 minute walk into the centre was excellent for us. We would have no hesitation in returning to this apartment

An immaculate place with comfy bed. Would definitely recommend as it is worth the price. For people travelling by train it's not even 5 minutes away and 10 minutes walking distance to city centre. Despite being so close to the amenities the house is still in a quite area for a good night sleep. Jules was really quick in replying and was courtious enough to let our car sit in her parking on the day of our check out as we were in Leamington till late. A wonderful experience overall x

A beautiful stylish flat in a perfect location for exploring the town or for those travelling by train. Glyn met us to show us the flat which is in a gated building. She was very helpful explaining everything we needed to know. Located on the ground floor with easy access; the flat is very private and in a very quiet locale. It is only a few minutes walk from the station and a few minutes from shops and restaurants. It is exceptionally well appointed, spotlessly clean and is light and airy. The bedrooms and living areas are large and the french doors to a patio garden overlooking the river provide a charming outlook. Just perfect!

Great apartment, so spacious and clean. It is behind a private gate so no public access making you and your car feel safer. There was no noise at all that we heard in our 2 night stay, so slept really well. Location could not be better right next to the centre but far enough away to be quiet. The host Ben was great and even offered us an extra parking space that became available at the last minute.

Lovely and spacious, Ben has thought through everything you could need. The apartment looks out onto the green area and river which is relaxing. Parking allocated. Really stylish decor and ideal if you are staying as couples as one bedroom is en suite, the other has the bathroom right next door. Sky TV and wireless too. We were perfectly located in Leamington Spa. We were greeted by the lovely Glyn who showed us around and was so welcoming.

I can’t fault this apartment, it’s spacious and spotless and in a great location to walk into town for shops, parks, bars, restaurants etc.. we had a wonderful weekend and will be returning! We were met on arrival and shown everything in the apartment including thoughtful touches like milk and tea bags and biscuits. Lots of helpful local knowledge too. Highly recommended apartment and hosts!

The flat is amazing, with excellent working central heating and beautiful design touches throughout the flat. The location is perfect for travellers in the West Midlands who want to be near the cities but prefer the comfort of a slow and posh community.

This place was fantastic- beautifuly decorated and in an ideal location in Leamington spa. I can't recommend this enough. It is a bit more pricy (especially as the service charge is so high) but everything else in the place is spot on. The TV's have Netflix and prime, the sofas are comfy and the beds even more so. I would definitely stay again when I come back to Leamington.

I am pretty happy to share this review and would like to tell that the L-Spa apartmemt has everything that someone would want to be able to enjoy their stay to the fullest.Loaded with amenites, kitchenware, nicely decorated , carefully designed and proximity to town center makes the stay a memorable one.My kids had a very good time with the smart tv , netflix, amazon prime keeping them busy most of the time.

If you are staying in Warwickshire, I highly recommend this lovely apartment in Leamington Spa! I stayed here for six weeks on an extended business trip, and the place felt like home immediately because Caroline and Freddie had outfitted it with everything I could possibly need. Kitchen fully stocked with tools and utensils plus basics like oil, milk, spices, etc. It’s very spacious and beautifully furnished, with a perfect location in the heart of downtown. Just a few minutes’ walk from many restaurants, bars, shops, and the lovely parks and gardens. My coworkers were jealous! Freddie and Caroline were extremely responsive and helpful, even offering to do regular cleanings for no additional charge since I was staying so long. The place was extremely clean, and the whole space is yours (no personal belongings from the host besides decor/books). Also, it has a very nice shower! A couple things to note: as it says in the listing, it’s across from a lively pub. I found it could get a bit loud at night (but only until midnight or so), so if you are a light sleeper you may want to bring a sound machine like I did. Also, the place does not have a dishwasher, although that’s clear in the listing. They have all the supplies for you to wash your dishes. I’ll miss this place and would come back any time!

My second visit to Freddie's. I love the interior and your host has provided everything you could possibly need. The location is near all the action, shops and restaurants in Leamington. Will book again, and again...

Freddie's place was lovely, was located right in the centre of town, walking distance from everything. Despite this, did not notice any noise from being so in the town. The place is lovely, really nicely done out with all the amenities you would expect. Freddie was very helpful and responsive, check in was very easy. All in all a great stay and would highly recommend to anybody.

Wonderful apartment with full amenities in superb location in town, near park and cinema. Freddie even prepared baby cot, safety gate for stairs and high chair for our daughter. Apartment is well stocked, spacious, very clean and pleasant. Loved it!

The apartment is really well situated in the town, just a short walk to Jephson gardens, train station, main shopping area, bus stops and train station. It is an ideal base for 2/3 people. We had no problem finding parking on a side road. Alain was a good host, meeting and greeting on arrival. There is a good bus service to Stratford on Avon and a local train to Kenilworth and Coventry. There is a great variety of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. We found a super bakery just a few minutes walk from Dale Street. Leamington is a lovely place to spend time. You will not be disappointed!,

Great small little place right by the city center. Has everything you need. Think twice though if you have trouble climbing steep stairs.

Would definitely use again. The apartment was very private and felt very safe. It is on the top floor and the last set of stairs may be a challenge as they wind and have a narrow base.

Great and kind Host, great cozy and clean apartment. A chimney, dish washing machine, a nespresso coffee machine.... everything I needed was there. But be aware the last stair steps are a bit steep.

This is a really great place to stay. A lovely apartment in a classy older building close to the town centre. Very chic decor, tastefully done, with lots of nice touches. Warm and cosy. Great large TV with games console, very comfortable sofa and living room, with a large classic bay window. I loved the huge bath and the fully fitted kitchen.

I've just had an excellent stay in Leamington Spa at this beautiful apartment. I'm regularly in the area for work so will definitely book this place again. It took me less than 5 minutes from leaving the train station to the front door which is perfect. Once inside the apartment I loved it. It really did feel like home once I'd unpacked and started to relax in front of the TV with Netflix. The place is immaculately clean and is decorated and finished to the highest standard.
