Cet hébergement de 55 m2 , est parfait pour un couple avec enfants ou entre ami(e)s. Le plus c’est le spa, un massage par jets de la nuque au mollets, c’est un bon moment de détente. If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

This charming 18 m2 Studio is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium located on Rue Jean Bodin in Angers. It has just been refurbished and consists of a bedroom/kitchen with bathroom and separate toilet. It is a 5-minute walk to the SNCF train station, 3 minutes to the Université Catholique de l'Ouest and 10 minutes to the hyper center. Paid street parking is available or free of charge 400 m away.

Montjean-sur-Loire. Old fisherman's house

Located in the center of Montjean-sur-Loire, 100 m from the Loire, this former fisherman's house, beautifully restored in 2022, offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay with family. On the Eurovelo 6 and Loire bike paths, this accommodation is open to everyone. The cottage is 200 m from Cap Loire, 150 m from the tourist office and 1 km from the Fief des Cordeliers and the Delaunay estate.

Studio de la Baroud’ Family

Charmant studio de 24m2 entièrement neuf de plein pied. Il est situé dans notre maison, avec sa propre entrée. Il est également constitué d’un parking privatif ainsi que d’un extérieur donnant sur la vallée de la Loire. Nous sommes situé en haut de la course de côte qui se déroule 2fois par an à la Pommeraye, à 25min d’Angers, à 30min de Terra Botanica, à 1h du Puy du Fou et 1h de Nantes.

C'est un petit studio avec un lit pour 2 personnes, je peux rajouter un petit lit en cas de nécessité. Vous avez à disposition du linge de lit, des couvertures supplémentaires, penderie et armoire, le linge de toilette et de cuisine, des plaques de cuissons gaz, un micro onde, une cafetière et bouilloire, grille pain et la vaisselle.
