Bitte genau lesen, auch was andere Gäste über das Boot schreiben und bitte nicht sofort buchen, nur weil weil es günstig ist. Die Unterkunft ist speziell. Wir bieten Schlafgelegenheiten auf einem kleinen Segelboot im Hafen von Lauterbach. Zum angegebenen Preis darf das Boot nicht bewegt werden. Sehr gute sanitäre Anlagen in der Marina "Im Jaich" . Warmes Wasser für die Dusche und Strom auf dem Boot sind gesondert zu bezahlen. Keine Endreinigung durch uns, bitte mindestens besenrein verlassen
Camping auf dem Wasser. Wer schon immer mal ausprobieren wollte, wie es sich auf einem kleinen Boot schläft, ist hier genau richtig. Wer nicht weiß ob das etwas für Ihn ist, sollte zum Start nicht mit einer oder gar 2 Wochen anfangen, sondern mit 1 oder 2 Tagen. Die Platzverhältnisse sind recht beengt. Das gesamte Boot ist nur 8m lang und ca 2,60 breit. Die Liegefläche im Vorschiff ist max. 2m lang und dreieckig (unten ca. 50cm breit, oben mehr als 1,20m). Es gibt eine weitere Liegefläche ca. 60 cm * 1,8 m. Die Stehhöhe beträgt maximal 1,8m und ist nur an wenigen Stellen im Boot vorhanden Ein kleiner Tisch kann wahlweise innen oder aussen (in der Plicht ) genutzt werden. Elektrischer Wasserkocher, ein Spirituskocher und Geschirr / Besteck stehen zur Verfügung, wobei richtiges Kochen eher nicht das Ziel sein kann. Der verbrauchte Strom an Bord muß gesondert bezahlt werden. Eine kwh kostet aktuell 0,50€ . Sehr gute sanitäre Einrichtungen (Familienbäder !) befinden sich direkt in der Marina (max. 100m vom Boot entfernt ) Die Nutzung, exl. warmes Wasser zum Duchen, ist im Preis inbegriffen. Eine Minute Duschen kostet 0,50€. An Bord gibt es keine Toilette. Der Zugang zum Boot erfolgt vom Steg über eine Leiter am Bug -> Foto, das erfordert (wie es Gast negativ ausdrückte -) eine gewisse Agilität. Der Steg und die Marina ist Nachts nur spärlich beleuchtet. Wir Reinigen das Boot von Zeit zu Zeit wie es bei uns passt aber auf keinen Fall nach jeder Belegung. Normalerweise schafffen wir es auch nicht zwischen zwei Belegungen alles zu kontrollieren, da bitten wir die Nachmieter uns Bescheid zu sagen wenn es mit der Sauberkeit gar nicht passt, damit wir das dann entsprechend bewerten können. Alles in Allem - wie beim Camping an Land - recht beengt und im Komfort eingeschränkt.
Das Boot liegt im Wasser und rundrum sind andere Boote . Auf dem Gelände der Marina gibt es einen Grillplatz und alles was man so braucht. Unter Anderem einen Kiosk, eine Wassersportschule (Segeln, SUP, Surfen...) und einen Bootsverleih, auf Wunsch mit Angelguides. Die Formalitäten zur Angelerlaubnis können direkt in der Marina erledigt werden. Die Gegend ist ideal geeignet für Anglerfreunde, Bootsportfreunde und generell Freunde des Wassers und der Natur. Lauterbach selbst ist - auch in der Hochsaison - angenehm entspannt. Von der Hektik der Ostseebäder kommt hier wenig an. Das Ganze ist eher tiefenentspannt. Der nächste Fahradverleih ist ca. 100m entfernt. Das Radnetz auf der Insel ist gut. Damit kommt man auch zu den Ostseestränden in Binz , Sellin, Göhren,......Das ist dann ein schöner Tagesausflug. Die nächsten Bademöglichkeiten von Lauterbach aus , sind der Strand in Neuendorf (ca. 1,5km) und die Badestelle am Goor (ca. 1km ), beides am Bodden.

Or in short: an unforgettable, great experience. Definitely not for everyone but we felt incredibly comfortable. Particularly noteworthy are the brand new sanitary facilities in the harbor.   • We had a great five days on the boat. We can confirm that this is "Camping on the water". The boat is big enough for two adults. However, you should not be overweight, because you come on a three-step ladder and then on the railing in the boat. A little agility is already required. However, this was not a challenge with our 50+ years. Inside, the boat is not large, yet very space-saving. Plates, cups, cutlery, etc. are available. Coming to bed is an acrobatic feat. Nevertheless, we have done it every time :-) and slept well. The communication with Dietmar worked very well and our previous tenants left the boat clean and tidy. The marina is great. Buns can be ordered at the kiosk and picked up in the morning. We may come back

  • An overnight stay on the small boat is something very special. It was everything as described by the host. The contact was quick and uncomplicated. The sanitary facilities are located in the immediate vicinity of the port and are very clean. The price-performance ratio is great. The night on the small boat is worthwhile.

  • We had 4 wonderful sailing days on the ströper. The weather could not have been better, and the sailing area is charming and varied. With two skippers on board, we slept four on the Ströper, which was wonderful! Dietmar was knowledgeable and fair in all respects. We can highly recommend this accommodation to all sports travelers. The harbor complex is beautifully designed and offers many possibilities.

This accommodation is a bit small but extremely comfortable and in the best location on the water. We did not miss anything.     Lauterbach liegt in einer der schönsten Ecken Rügens inmitten des UNESCO Biosphärenreservates Südost-Rügen. Die Terrassenwohnung liegt am Hafen des ehemaligen Fürstenbades Lauterbach. Der Schiffsanleger für Bootsausflüge (z.B. nach Vilm oder an die Bäderküste nach Baabe und Sellin) ist keine 100 Meter entfernt, ein Naturstrand mit wunderschönem Blick auf Vilm ca. 1.500 Meter. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso wie eine Auswahl an guten Restaurants und gemütlichen Bistros. Herrliche Rad- und Wanderwege starten direkt vor eurer Haustür, darunter der Europäische Fernwanderweg E10 und der Ostsee-Küsten-Radweg.

  • We are a family with two children (4 and 7) and really enjoyed the time with Florian and Bettina. The apartment is even better than the photos, very clean, cozy and comfortable. The location is great, you have sea, restaurants but also nature nearby. Also a lot for the kids, even within walking distance. The area is diverse and you can find activities for all tastes, including us in October. , The combination with Florian was very easy and he always reacted very fast. He has been waiting for our income in the apartment, is very nice and has given us many great tips! In the apartment there are many books and NGs for reading. We recommend!!

    Euch erwartet eine liebevoll eingerichtete 2 Zimmer Dachgeschosswohnung direkt am Hafen von Lauterbach incl. PKW-Stellplatz vor dem Haus. Deshalb ist auch Dein Hund (max. 1 Hund für 7 Euro pro Tag) bei uns Willkommen. Bitte achte aber darauf, die Decke oder das Körbchen Deines Lieblings mitzubringen, so dass er weiß, wo in der Wohnung sein Plätzchen ist. Aufgrund vieler negativer Erfahrung schließen mittlerweile immer mehr Vermieter von Ferienimmobilien Hunde während des Aufenthalts aufgrund negativer Erfahrungen aus. Bitte treffe daher alle notwendigen Vorkehrungen, dass Dein Vierbeiner es sich auch im Falle einer kurzen Abwesenheit Deinerseits nicht gemütlich auf dem Bett oder den Sitzgelegenheiten macht.     Die Nummer 3 ist eine bunte Wohngemeinschaft, bestehend aus unterschiedlichsten Charakteren. Wir lieben das Besondere. Der markante Holzzaun, geschmückt mit Tieren und bepflanzten Stiefeln, die gemütliche Sitzecke umrahmt von einem bunten Beet und das Spielschiff wecken Interesse. Die Wohnung, in der sich das Gästezimmer befindet ist großzügig, offen und lichtdurchflutet und lädt zu gemeinsamen Mahlzeiten, Spiele- oder Filmabenden ein.
    Das Gästezimmer ist liebevoll eingerichtet und besticht durch seinen natürlichen Charme. Gegen einen Aufpreis kann ich Ihnen ein vorzügliches Frühstück oder Abendessen zubereiten. Falls Sie sich lieber selber etwas zubereiten wollen, ist die große Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.
    Besonders für mich an Lauterbach ist der schnelle Zugang zur wunderschönen Natur. Der Hochuferweg nach Wreechen ist einen Spaziergang wert und auch die nahegelegene Goor, ein Waldstück zwischen Lauterbach und Muglitz, lädt zum Strömern ein. Für Kulturliebhaber ist die Rosenstadt Putbus zu empfehlen. Ca. 3km von der Unterkunft entfernt bietet sie verschiedene Cafés, Restaurants, den Schlosspark, Museen, einen Bioladen und das Theater.

    Das Appartment befindet sich in der 1 Etage. Ihnen steht ein offener Wohn/Ess/Schlafbereich zur Verfügung. Das Bad verfügt über eine Dusche und 1 WC. Die Küche befindet sich ein Herd, 2 Kochfelder, Kühlschrank. Die Küche ist mit den wichtigsten Küchenutensilien ausgestattet.

  • We really liked Franka. Already on arrival we felt good and welcome. There were a lot of excursion tips and there was always someone to answer questions and personal insider tips regarding excursions and restaurants / cafes :) One experiences a lot of local culture and is not only dependent on the tourist flow.   • The apartment was very clean, everything was available as described and we were warmly welcomed by Renata. She gave some good advice on what to do. The location of the house was in a nice, quiet urbanization. From there it was a 5-minute walk to the harbor in Lauterbach. Also shops were within a few minutes. Only purely informative we want to inform that the apartment was very noisy and you could clearly hear the conversations and the TV of the neighbors. In addition, the Wi-Fi reception was barely available. But these are two points that bother one and not the other. We were very happy and would go back to Franka holiday.

    Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Ferienhaus in Kasnevitz, Ortsteil zu Putbus. Putbus gehört zu den 5 ältesten Städten der Insel Rügen. Wir haben einen separaten Parkplatz unterm Carport, einen Spielplatz und einen Grillplatz Unser kleines Dorf liegt verkehrsgünstig an der Deutschen Alleenstrasse im Süd-Osten unserer schönen Insel Rügen und ist nur ca. 3,5 km von der Boddenküste entfernt - ein toller Naturstrand - ideal auch für Familien mit Kindern, aber auch für Wassersportler sowie Kiter und Surfer - auch mit dem Rad gut zu erreichen. Fahrradverleih ist in Putbus möglich. Im Ort ist ein Spielplatz und ein Fußballplatz. Auch eine sehr schöne Kirche haben wir in unserem Dorf. Unser Ferienhaus liegt mitten in unserem Garten. Verkehrsruhige Lage. In Putbus selbst gibt es den bezaubernden Schlosspark mit dem Wildgehege. Aus der Fürstenzeit besteht auch ein Theater und viele Naturdenkmähler im gesamten Umfeld von Putbus. Der Rasende Roland hat hier auch einen Bahnhof. Dann ist in Putbus eine Pirateninsel für die kleinen Gäste und ein Überkopshaus. In der Orangerie ist neben der Tourismusinformation ein Attellie für ganz besonder Keramik. Die gesamte Boddenküste läd an vielen Stellen zum entspannten Angeln ein. Und eine Angelberechtigung ist unkompliziert zu erwerben. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls in Putbus, der weißen Fürstenstadt. In näherer Umgebung finden Sie auch den Sport- und Freizeitpark 'Störtebeker' und eine Inlinskiterbahn in Samtens. Ein Kino ist in Bergen zu besuchen.

  • We spent a whole week on Rügen. We were with three adults in the apartment which is perfectly okay. The front desk was very friendly and you were directly with many information and tips supplied. One comes from Lauterbach super fast everywhere and can shop locally and also has some small restaurants near the port, which are really delicious.

  • We had a very nice stay at Franka. The accommodation is clean and very well equipped. Towels and a tea towel we had to bring, but everything was there. The check-in worked fine, since Frankas parents live downstairs in the house and let us in. In the village there are many shops and restaurants and we got from Franka's father good advice on what to do on the island. Gladly again.

  • Frank is a very nice host, uncomplicated, helpful. Pretty old house with a cool yard full of flowers and herbs, and seating for each apartment. The situation could not be better. Absolutely quiet at night. During the day you can see the "Racing Roland" from the window. 5 minutes walk to the harbor Lauterbach with various excursion possibilities. With the dog you walk almost directly from the house into the countryside.

Many extras let you enjoy the stay even more, such as the cast-iron stove with firewood, the fresh flowers and basil on the kitchen table etc. The beds were very comfortable!   • We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine and lovingly decorated streamers (New Year's Eve was just around the corner) and felt absolutely comfortable in this tastefully and comfortably furnished apartment! Nothing was really missing - kitchen utensils, tea towels, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, kitchen tabs, doormat in the bathroom, lanterns with tea lights, etc. We were very pleasantly surprised! The beds were also great: unlike my bed at home, I surprisingly had NO back pain there !!! I slept sooo well! And our 17-year-old daughter, who slept on the sofa bed in the living room, found it super cozy thanks to the large topper. The location of the apartment is also great: in 1 minute walk you are at the harbor and have several great restaurants to choose from. I would like to go there in the summer. Then you could also use the terrace (to the south side) nicely. Thank you for the wonderful time!

  • We stayed in the apartment for three nights and felt absolutely comfortable. Everything was very clean and new, the check-in went smoothly and the location is great. The apartment offered everything you need and the kitchen is very well equipped (which I don't think is the case in many apartments). Practical is the underground parking lot and the terrace, which is very spacious and offers a great sea view (at least in winter without leaves on the trees). We would come back anytime!

  • The accommodation of Frank is highly recommended. By car you can reach Edeka in no time, the racing Roland drives right outside the front door and the water is within walking distance.   • In the holiday station we liked it very much. Lauterbach is quiet and a bit off the beaten track and the place is a great starting point for excursions in all directions. Check in and check out were easy and problem free. The apartment is newly renovated, friendly and modern and super clean. The kitchen is well equipped, a EDEKA around the corner, we cooked a few times and had a nice meal outside on the seat in front of the kitchen. Every now and then a train passes, otherwise it is very quiet. We can highly recommend the apartment.

  • Steffi is exceptionally nice, will help you where she can and will welcome you with a big smile upon arrival :) About the town: Make sure to eat lots of Fischbrötchen at "Berta"! At the time of booking I had the impression the house was directly at the waterfront, but there is a road and another row of houses between the house and the water (you have access to Steffi's own small patch of shore and pier). Also, door frames (~1,75m) and ceilings (~2,05m) are very low, for tall people that might be a challenge.

Hier befinden sich Gaststätten, eine Bushaltestelle, ein Fahrradverleih und der Bahnhof auf der Mole.

  • Astrid's apartment is beautiful, spacious and equipped with everything you need. Great kitchen. Own parking space. Astrid is super friendly and responds quickly. The apartment is close to the Bodden and central to Rügen. You walk quickly to the harbor where you can do everything. There is a swimming beach nearby. Ideal for children. You also walk directly into the forest or along a winding path along the Bodden. Putbus is within walking distance and has a beautiful park. We found the area wonderfully quiet compared to the other cities. You can reach that by car in half an hour to an hour. Internet traffic on Ruegen outside the cities is painfully slow (2G). We really enjoyed this place. We do, however, advise everyone to bring 10 euro coins and bills, because PINs can only be used in supermarkets and gas stations. Parking is paid for almost everywhere and for cash.

  • We spent here (5 adults and 2 children) our 1 week holiday. The apartment is well equipped and nothing is missing. It is very quiet and located directly on the harbor. Parking is also available on the property. Thom is a wonderful host. From Putbus you drove quickly to Binz, Sellin, Stralsund. Raging Roland leaves from the train station, which is not far from the property. There are enough shops. We were also on the beautiful island Hiddensee. This island is really worth the trip. By car you are fast in Schaprode and from there by ferry to the island. Rent a bike for a day is worth it and is not expensive at all. We would definitely want to go back in Putbus holiday.

Zur Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Terrasse, Sonnenschirm, Gartenmöbel und Grillmöglichkeit. Ihre Ferienwohnung: 50 qm, Wohn/Schlafzimmer mit 1 Doppelbett und 1 Einzelbett, gemütlicher Sitzecke mit Couch und Sessel, TV&nbsp; und Radio, max. für 3 Personen. Zentralheizung.     Zu jedem Bahnhof gehören auch Züge und Waggons. Bald dürfen Sie in unserem "Schlafwagen" Ihren Urlaub genießen. Der Waggon wurde komplett umgestaltet, versprüht aber immer noch, nicht zuletzt durch die "Konstruktion", den Charme der Eisenbahnromantik.
    Es erwartet Sie eine außergewöhnliche, moderne Einrichtung in einem alten Güterwaggon, der später als Unterkunft für die Gleisbauer der Deutschen Reichsbahn (DR) gedient hat. Die Urlaubstage sollen die schönsten Tage im Jahr werden. Daher haben wir uns bewußt für einen Kontrast zwischen Alt und Neu entschieden. Der Waggon zeigt von außen alle ursprünglichen technischen bzw. mechanischen Einzelheiten (Bremsanlagen, Stellhebel, Puffer usw.), an denen die Spuren der Zeit abzulesen sind. Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände wurden extra für diesen Waggon geplant, separat gefertigt und eingebaut. Das gesamte Einrichtungs- und Farbkonzept haben so konzipiert, dass man hier eine spannende und doch gemütliche Atmosphäre vorfindet. Im Inneren brauchen Sie, trotz des begrenzten Raumangebotes, auf keinerlei Komfort verzichten. Die Ausstattung läßt auch hier keine Wünsche offen.     For your relaxation is waiting for you next to a cozy bedroom with comfortable double and single bed, a modern living and dining area with open kitchen, large couch and TV and a seating area in the countryside. The apartment has a bright shower room with window and is heated by underfloor heating. A free parking space for your car is available on the property. The rental price includes electricity, gas and water, bed linen, tea towels, dish soap and garbage bags. As start-up aid, we provide 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 dishwasher cloths and 2 dishcloths.   • A very nice and cozy apartment for two people. On the wooden terrace you can have breakfast in the morning in the sun. Supermarket and restaurants in Putbus can be reached on foot. The small harbor in Lauterbach is a bit further away, but also on foot feasible.

  • The house Visby unfortunately had water damage so that Gudrun has offered a great alternative to us. We were allowed to stay in this week in a nice hotel by the sea, in a spacious room with a fantastic breakfast. Gudrun has done everything possible to make our stay as nice as possible, what is its well managed. Every time we would book again with Gudrun something and we are sure that the house is super nice.   • Our stay with Frank in Lauterbach was wonderful. The apartment was very clean, above average well equipped - even for a holiday with a toddler - and we had a great time. Additional requests, in our case high chair and baby travel cot, were implemented immediately, so that nothing stood in the way of a relaxing holiday. At the apartment we especially love the attention to detail, as far as the decor is concerned. We like to come back.

  • Frank is very hospitable and is available to help and advise. The accommodation is very nice and decorated with attention to detail. Everything is there what you need. Fresh beds, fresh towels, toilet paper, a very well equipped kitchen, a small but nice balcony etc. On foot you are in two minutes at the train station, in three minutes at the harbor and nearby it has good shopping and restaurants. All in all it was a really great stay - we can highly recommend Frank as host and the accommodation (shell)!
