Gîte de Laplagnotte

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or three couples maximum can be accommodated. Sheets, beds and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement confortable pour séjours courts ou longs. Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, travailler sur un projet, jouer à des jeux de société, pêcher ou se balader dans la nature (parc, forêt, vignoble). Petit déjeuner et massages possibles. The Moulin de Fontbouillant "Les Platanes"

Old mill from the 18th century, in the middle of beautiful nature, serene and green, animated by the only music of water and birds. Your independent accommodation overlooks the vast garden and a small stream. Guests can use the fitness room, playground and table tennis as well as the pool and its twenty-meter swimming lane. Located near a small town with all the shops and 50 km from Bordeaux, you are in the heart of the Cognac and Pineau region.
