Living in the old village school house

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can take a mountain bike or walk directly into the Palatinate Forest. The nearest rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with village shops and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

Our cozy, bright attic apartment is a place close to the city center (approx. 5 km to the center) of relaxation . The separate apartment consists of bedroom, living-dining area (sofa bed, TV, seating area) as well as its own small shower room with toilet and a lovely garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training venues are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid bakeries approx. 5 minutes.,Uni 15 min. exhibition center approx. 7 min.
