Amazing furnished apartment in the center of Sperlonga in front of the Grand Hotel Virgilio. The apartment is 1 minute far from the beautiful seafront with all the restaurants, private and public sandy beaches. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (2 with a king bed and 1 with two single beds), 2 bathrooms with shower (just renovated), a kitchen and a huge living room (with a sofa bed). The total number of guests is 8. We provide a cradle too. A/C in one bedroom. Parking for one car. WiFi available.

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches of Sperlonga. We are in via salette where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house by the sea. The house is 90 sqm with large outdoor space and garden and consists of: large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is outdoors. There are also sun loungers and umbrellas provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house.
